what type of heads are you running? i want to run 48 ida but i dont think originals are sufficient enough to sustain that big of a carb. i have a 74 crank with 1641 pistons
Thats right, in the early 80's we made engines with stock 1.6cc , Single carburator, porsche crankshaft, huge cam and running on cerosine. made 107 HP mesured on flywheel. It was made for mud offroad cross in europe.
Sick my friend build a slalom car and it a bug and its has a 186 HP 1600 it has all of the built parts in it but its just a 69x85.5 motor lol but big ported heads and 48 ida's and big cam I mean big it made a 186 HP at 8500 that's crazy but nice low end engine man sweet car too

Hi, the results are 113,2 hp (and143Nm) at 5.591 RPM an 158Nm at 4.530 RPM

Hi, my 1641cc with bigger cam and duel carbs made 109bhp. The parts/quality and the engine build make a big difference.

Really? How much valve? 8500rpm? with the 85.5 pistons? Hmm. Not trying to pee in your pool my friend.
If it’s a fully built and balanced engine with enough flow rpm and cam anything is possible
