Hey, you, hello. Welcome to the Natural log house channel.
Let me introduce myself to you. My name is Aleš and my mission is to build people a home, not just a house. I have been associated with wood and forests since I was a child. I promised myself that if I ever built a house, it would be wooden. My wife and I founded the company Natural log house with the help of my two assistants Andrija and Tilen. The vision of our company is to build a home for people, in which uniqueness and nature come together. A home that is built according to their wishes and desires, down to every detail. A home that is bright, warm, and inviting. A home where they will always feel like one with nature. On our channel, you can expect content that shows the construction of wooden houses from beginning to end, step by step, under the hard-working Slovenian hands.

I'm from the US an wanna believe this is done in Germany. With that have to say the craftsmanship is so beautiful it reminds me how our Amish would build houses and barns. Workmanship that is ment to stand for a life time. Awesome work and wish we could find workmanship like that more often here. Such beautiful work thank you for show the world as myself what's still being done today..

I have never seen any home built with the incredible style that your crew did! I am no carpenter, but I have watched several videos of building homes. This is the most fascinating style to date. WOOL for insulation! And the best part is that wool is not flammable! Nothing like natural materials for building! I absolutely love it! I would love a Russian pen pal! I have never learned the Russian language but I really would love to. Great job, everyone!

fiberglass and rockwool are also not flammable and rockwool is more sustainable than the other options and professionals that use it find that it happens to be rodent resistant as well
Man, what a home! I can't see anything I'd want different and with 2 layers of wood on the outside, the sheep's wool insulation and a layer of wood on the inside it has to be one of the best insulated houses there is. I absolutely love the rustic look of the siding and interior walls. Looks like you did the same on the ceiling also. Would love to see what type of flooring you installed and how the windows and doors are trimmed. I can tell you one thing, we aren't building anything like this where I live. I'd love to live in a home like this.
Yo this house is leaky af. Wouldn't pass a blower test that's for sure.
Guys, come on over and work for a Swiss company for a year or two. You guys would benefit tremendously. This would never pass here, quality and details are questionable, you have loads of room for improvement. I just mean well...

I find it amazing how skilled human beings can become with instruction from journeymen and some experience. You guys use those chainsaws (something most people would consider a blunt, inaccurate, bull in a China shop instrument), and create complex highly detailed mortise and tenons like a surgeon. It's really awe inspiring.

Great to see a company also Europe for doing wooden houses. If another construction methods could be more interesting is it possible that you adjust your normal way of work because I would make the walls in a different way and the inside wall looks great or all the way around. For insulating the outside but having thermal heat mass inside I would put the wood with a passive house ceiling construction on the outside and in the inside use Hannah blocks with Cobb covered to get more heat in the house for the winter and when it’s cool inside and warm outside you get in a natural in the structure of self. Otherwise she will will naturally be broken off in long-term so that’s a problem in the future plus it will suck in some foot moist on the outside because the vapor barrier is a plastic bubble plastic and doesn’t allow to breathe. In my experience and talking and seeing so many different building types to avoid synthetic moisture barriers from inward outward is that it’s when you all natural or Lee are building.

Love this build, and watching the video, wish I could have a house like this. But i'm a bit baffled about the flooring, is the rough panelling a kind of underlag or what? I'm just thinking in terms on how to keep it clean.

Я понимаю,с древесиной работы много и нелёгкой.Но какое потом удовольствие жить в таком чистом экологическом доме.Гле запах не штукатурки,а дерева.Нужно побольше уделять внимание посадки деревьев,и следит ,чтобы не было пожаров.Достовляя тем работу и радость людям.Вот когда это наладиться и у нас в Греции,где пожары бушуют каждый год.
