Well for one the cake would get more browning as it cools down because the glass will not release the heat quickly enough. Metal lets heat in immediately but it also releases it just as fast. Glass takes a while longer to start browning but will stay there longer as well, which for usual recipes is not that good because you would need to overbake the center to get there otherwise there'll be no browning. If metal was transparent it'd be very fun though. A man can dream.

My mother-in-law makes this alot and it still has not failed me in flavor. The creamyness goes so well with the cake. I prefer it always cold, for some reason I can stand it warm since it tastes like eggs a bit to me.
Idk if this is just me but she sounds a bit like Jennifer Love Hewitt, don't get me wrong you have a lovely voice Ms Emmy.
Emmy, you are so fun to watch. And I always learn something.
Who ever dislikes probably doesn’t know how to bake. And I’ve been here since 500k
This recipe is just awesome! Thank you for sharing! ❤️😊😍🔔
I'm an immature Argentinian and I giggle whenever someone says cajeta bc here is a naughty term lol
