Ohhh I’ve made this (baked) cheese cake twice, once with Halloween cookies and once with Christmas cookies but this is way more genius with the muffin tin I’m gonna try it next time !!

Pillsbury introduced these "pre decorated" sugar cookie doughs in a tube. I used to get several tubes, roll the dough in Christmas sprinkles, then cut and bake them. They were great to send with the kids to school for the holiday class party. Over the years, Pillsbury switched to the precut that's available now, and I believe the package claims to be "ready to eat". My boys are adults now and when this cookie dough finds its way into the fridge, it disappears long before they get baked.
Perhaps the addition of an instant pudding mix into the cream before beating would add a denser texture and you could add a flavored pudding as well 😊 Just a thought 💭
You can bake a giant cookie on a pizza round as a base … we used for fruit pizza (whipped cream or cheesecake filling as sauce decorated with fruits and berries minced nuts and dollops of whipped cream)

Love cheese cake! We do the baked during winter months and the no bake for summer months. There are so many flavors in both so definitely difficult to pick a favorite. As far as the cracks, 1 famous style comes to mind, French Basque cheesecake, probably the ugliest one I've ever made but very delicious. Emmy, Thank you for the name of your Tuna Fish for the Matthew McConaughey recipe. We ordered the tuna and it is very good! A new favorite, a keeper!
4:34 in just the 11 years i've been in the US, i've seen OJ cartons/bottles go from 64oz (½ gallon) to 59oz, to 52oz; and quite recently, Tropicana's new bottle is only 48oz....
Maybe the extra whipped cream is to add to the wedges of cheesecake after you cut and serve it? Just trying to find a way to justify the huge amount of whipped cream they had you make. I wonder if the cheese cake texture would be better if mixed with half the required whipped cream. It seems like that would lighten the cream cheese, but still retain a somewhat heavier texture. A little more cheesy a little less whip creamy.
In watching this I am wondering why there is powdered and granulated sugar instead of all powdered since you don’t have to worry about it dissolving? Maybe it’s just me because I love things a little golden but often when Emmy bakes it seems like she under bakes things (like these cookies). I adore Emmy and what I am saying is just a matter of preference, just something I have noticed.

Really lovely! 🎄🎁🥂 You can avoid overwhipping cream if you use the double bowl method to keep the bottom bowl very cold with ice+water. Funny enough, we didn't know about it years ago when we were trying to make butter. We whipped that thing for 15 minutes and it would not bulge. Once we removed the bottom bowl and continued it finally separated. 🙂
think u would benefit from metal frames with adjustable nose pads seem your frames are constantly falling down your face! 4 times at least u pushed them up in video\ Cheese-cake mm steawberries would be my decor.

When you make hot chocolate or coffee later on, you can put them on top.

That’s funny about the spoon for 2 teaspoons that you mentioned. It is a very regular spoon here known as a dessert spoon and holds about 2 teaspoons.
Stabilize the whipped cream with xanthan gum. The whipped cream will keep it's texture for a good three days at least.
