Welcome back to my kitchen today I’m going to share with you how to make the perfect chocoflan every time, it’s a very easy and delicious dessert, in a previous video, • How to Bake the Best C... , I used boxed cake, today I’m going to show you how to make a super moist cake mix! You can get creative making this delicious dessert from using your choice of cake mix to decorating it the way you want! I hope you enjoy it as much as me and my family do! 🛑 Stand mixer Im using: PROFESSIONAL 5™ PLUS SERIES 5 QUART BOWL-LIFT STAND MIXER
Baking dish I used : 9.5 x 13.5 x 2 in
Bundt pan I used : 9.75 x 3.38 in
Pots I use in my videos- calphalon
Blenders I use at the moment, Vitamix a3500 and Ninja BL770
All my utensils are from Walmart 😊

Ingredients:
1 cup cajeta( caramel) or you can make your own caramelized sugar by melting 1 cup
12 oz evaporated milk
14 oz sweetened condensed milk
6 eggs
2 tbsp vanilla extract
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup corn starch
1/3 cup Hershey’s cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup milk
Butter for greasing
1 serving of love 💕

I've been watching your videos/tutorials for a few months now and I love them. I made the coco flan and every one loved it.
I always make chocoflan where you just dump the flan mixture on top of the chocolate cake mixture... it always separates fine but doesn't look as neat as I'd like. I tried it this way and I loved how the layers looked so perfect and separate! I think this will be my new way to make chocoflan! :)

I just made this today. For the topping, I melted 3/4 cup of sugar and poured it into the buttered bundt pan. Baked as directed and inverted after 1-hour of cooling. Amazing, delicious, and so beautiful! I topped it with fresh strawberries. Also, I've found that the best non-stick bundt is the Wilton brand.

I made your CHOCOFLAN recipe today... it was so easy and very delishious. I substituted the milk to almond milk and used applesauce in place of the oil. Super moist cake. Thank you so much ❤

I did it and it came out really good. I divided the recepi in half and used a 6” round cake pan. It was perfect.I really liked the chocolate part so yummy.

I made this cake yesterday and it was amaziiiiiiiing , I didn’t have evaporated milk so I replaced it with 6oz heavy cream +6 oz milk .

Just made this for the very first time. Had to alter the time since I didn’t have a Bundt cake pan. I used a dark glass pan. Baked the flan for 35 minutes and then the cake for 75 minutes. And now for my best part.......the taste test! Thank you so much Claudia for this recipe.
I need to know if the flan has to completely set before pouring the cake on top as mine seems a bit jiggly
