Thanks for a review on this game i really loved this game for its split screen on ps3 cause it was a fantastic game for sitting on the couch playing with my friends that i am actually hanging out with. Thia game was tons of fun to do the open level free roam and make our own course wherever we wanted, left around that rock and right around that tree kind of stuff. Such a lesser known and super fun game and a very pleasant surprise to see a remaster of such a somewhat obscure game, cant wait to pick it up later this week. I really wish more games would take a hint from this kind of game and realize there are a good amount of people that want just play some games with friends in the same room and not have to go online to do so.
If we have a remaster of Baja: Edge of Control, then we might as well get a remaster of FUEL as well! In-fact, I think games like Blur, Pure and Split/Second ought to be given another chance on modern consoles, as those are some really good arcade racing games of the 7th generation of console gaming.
@@treefiddytwoo Fuel, Split/Second and Pure are all backwards compatible on current Xbox hardware, and the PC versions for all of those can be bought physically without being locked behind a code and they aren't too difficult to install, but will require a no CD crack to run without a disc. For now, unless you are willing to boot up an old Xbox 360 or PS3, this is all we can do to play these games for the time being. I probably wouldn't recommend getting Split/Second or Pure on Steam, because those versions (much like other Disney published titles from the 2000s and 2010s uploaded on that platform) are poorly optimized ports from what I've heard.
every vehicule feel the same .. the difficulty raise up after 4x4 class no matter how far you are infront of number 2 he can magicaly catch up on you . sometime you're number 2 and 500 feet before the finish line number one let you pass infront 😐 Great programing at is finest
Ah I never heard of this game until now. Looks kind of fun for being a racing game though. Is the price tag more worthy if one has not ever played the game before?

However yes it is in the box also on those shelves or right around them is my commodore 64 and vic 20.
The game is ok but the trophys don't work. Finished career mode 100% no trophy,did baja 250 race,nothing,all panels off vehicle,nope,all open class races didn't pop! Very pissed off right now,this should have been fixed long ago...fucking assholes!

4player splitscreen is all i needed to hear! Yeww the closest thing, i can get to Rallisport Challenge in todays consoles

Man they need to do an HD remaster of Fuel. Best racing game ever.

cArmAkAze I really enjoyed Fuel, the only thing imo the cars needed boost. Some races at the end were long and tough
