Yngol Seven that's the point of those two albums, they are both concept records which means that there is a story behind the whole of the album and the songs are linked to that story, their name I'm guessing is referring to the idea that each album is a story of a person who died or committed suicide, it's very clever (also, yh you are correct)
This song and One In the Chamber have brought me close to tears it speaks so much to me and it almost brought me to tears I love this band even tho I recently just stated listening to them but their newest album is just amazing they take so much time to make this music and each song from this album hits me in such a different way that most music doesn't do
I also keep replaying it like a lot I'm definitely getting it on iTunes so I can just have it on repeat all day and all night long and keep listening to it over and over full blast
Explanation of the song: “Fading Memories” is about a man, Zack, whose struggle with addiction has taken a very real toll on his life. He selfishly convinced his best friend, Daniel, to steal drugs for him, knowing that he was putting him in danger. After Daniel was killed for stealing the drugs, Zack copes with it the only way he knows how and ends up overdosing.
+Andrew Doyle One In the Chamber, The Fog, and Hell In the Headlights are connected. The old woman is the guy from One In the Chamber's mother, and the dad in Hell In the Headlights is the guy he kills.
This song has meaning to me because I'm a recovering drug addict and a recovering alcoholic. I lost so much to drugs. Friends started leaving, family members would disown me, and I almost lost the love of my life over drugs. When I realized what was happening I went to rehab to get off the drugs

Andrew Doyle one in the chamber, and hell in the headlights are connected while fading memories and killing zone are connected
