    Successful investing is hard work because it means disciplining your mind to do the opposite of human nature. Buying during a panic, selling during euphoria, and holding on when you are bored and just craving a little action. Investing is 5% intellect and 95% temperament.

      I'm overall outperforming a lot of assets by holding Bitcoin and a few other top crypto altcoins. When my percentage goes down it goes down about double that of the s&p100/500 but when it goes up it goes up like 5 times the S&P rate.

      The only issue you might have is the fear of missing out, just like everyone else. A good number of people discredit the effectiveness of financial advisors in exploring new markets, but over the past 5years I’ve had a financial advisor consistently restructure and diversify my portfolio/expenses and I’ve made over $3million in gains… might not be a lot but i'm financially secure.

      If you are in cross roads or need sincere advice on the best moves to take now its best you seek an independent advisor who knows about the financial markets. It's better to hire a skilled financial planner especially if you're not one yourself. I hired one, after my retirement pension took a hit in April due to the crash.

      In no order: 1) VOO 2) QQQM 3) SCHG/VUG 4) VTI 5) SCHD/DGRO. Personally I put down 1.2m$ on few ETFs, still diversifying. it was this time last year I made my first break through with a liquid 370k. Handed it to a trader here in TX, I get weekly pay out which I put back on long term ETF's. Tesla will be a huge buy for me when the market bottoms.

    11:54 and that, in a nutshell, is why big business executive salaries are out of control, because they want to avoid giving the impression that they're going cheap on recruiting those at the top. Even when the reality results in someone that leaches value rather than bringing it, their pay and bonuses can still be defended as necessary. Meanwhile those at the bottom, regardless of how dedicated they are, are simply commodity cost, to be reduced. It's a vicious cycle that needs breaking, because big business is rotting out at the foundations

I’m in a job I don’t love very much, I have no spare money at the end of the month, and I’m paying for a course that I thought would help change my life turns out to be a scam. And start to safe a little bit each month - stay patient, it goes up and down, no worries just open for example a coinbase account, start saving and then teach your teenagers - check your account in 10 years 😊)

    Im struggling to feel sorry for a landlord who property stacks to make thier money off the backs of other peoples hard work. Cringe

    • @oco987
      @oco987 3 วันที่ผ่านมา +9

      The thing is as a landlord you also owe a lot of money. You aren’t taking the rent and going on holiday everyday. You have to pay the housing expenses, whatever you get on top can quickly be taken away by repair costs. Is it isn’t as rosy as you think. Also landlords are hard working people as well. That’s how they were able to buy property in the first place

    • @mapleleaves5156
      @mapleleaves5156 3 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @oco987 property investing creates a housing crisis with exorbitant rent and promote further further wealth devision. I'm not sold the idea that landlords are 'doing it tough' if realestate investing is promoted as a wealth generator (with over inflated housing reselling prices and again, taking from others hard labour)

    • @virginia7222
      @virginia7222 3 วันที่ผ่านมา

      You’re wrong. Your mother taught you wrong, the world does not owe you anything. You have to pay your fair share which includes… Your rent. If you don’t wanna rent there and pay the rent, then go live in the woods. You have the option to do whatever you want.

    • @mapleleaves5156
      @mapleleaves5156 3 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @oco987 so why are people investing in realestate, if it's not a wealth generator?

    • @BeautifulDelights951
      @BeautifulDelights951 2 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@mapleleaves5156 How are the landlords making money off others hard work? That's a really stupid comment to make. The wealth doesn't generate straight away, it takes time, even years to accumulate. And as the person said correctly in the above comment, the landlords have to pay the costs for that property off, and therefore it's not wealth in their pockets straight away like you think in is. The landlords are the ones doing the hard work with that property, it's usually the tenants that have it easy and don't maintain the property at all. Even though they should to some degree.
