I got these on a prime sale for £39 and they are fantastic. They don’t look as clean as some other top tier options, but they are definitely worth the price I payed, and I even wouldn’t mind buying them for the original price. 5/5
The BlueVoice in software is a bummer. without it the microphone is "average", but they are comfortable as F. It does allow you to set the DAC settings, and then plug the dongle into another PC and supposedly keep the settings, but I don't know for sure if it works yet.
great headset, but Ive got personal beef with the 'durable' comment. had mine for a year and every piece of plastic on these things has broken and been either super glued or taped back together. looking for either a replacement set or another brand. rip

I've had my pair of Sennheiser GSP 300 barely over a year and the foam on the headband has come completely separated, the ear cup has split open so the foam pushes out. Would be nice to get something that doesn't completely fall apart after only a year when you're spending a decent chunk of change.
Wish the mute and volume button/wheel were in the actual headset, one of the ear cups. But when you say its good for music, can i bang my head on a slipknot - sulfur?

When you record other persons voice on this headset , say on a zoom meeting , there's a permanent crckling sound , seems like a defect , tried all but that cracking sound remained.

And yeap, I had HyperX cloud revolver and G pro X much better with a sound quality. And really much better with microphone quality. Since buying these 8 months ago I’ve received over 100’s of people talking about how “Godly” my mic is. And if you pick the right equalizer settings, you can literally hear footsteps on warzone like a god. People make the settings for you and you just pick. I use “Enzo” for talking. And “FPS GAME BEST” for hearing
Heng Sylux Some headsets don’t support it, also some different connections don’t support enhancements either. I had the fanatic react headset and when I used a USB see adapter I was able to see the enhancements tab but when I plugged it into my motherboard I did not have the tab there is a small option I believe in the control panel that just says allow enhancements with a box that you can check off or leave in checked I believe this option turns all of them on or all of them off. I’m not exactly sure which tab this is in but it shouldn’t be hard to find. I hope this helped in some way.

sounds like your using a air mic.. aka not good unless you like sounding like your using a radio in battle. the diffence between my stand alone mic vs a hyper x is horrible :( like so bad.
Got theese, but after messing with eq a lot sent them back. I mean the mic is really good but I would not buy them only for that. Bad quality sound and realy crispy. Only messing with eq could get slightly better sound but I prefer plug and play. If I have to sit 1hour and try to get the best sound out of headphones that's a pass for me. So I will stick to razer kraken 7.1 v2. They have more dB and better frequence. More bass, they can get realy loud and the surround sound is at least doing something not like theese headphones. But that's a personal preference.
I love this headset, but it's sounding extremely low volume that starts to annoy me day by day ? Anybody encounters this issue ? It's sounding way lower than it should be, even with Level cranked to 100 and volume at 100, it's not at the deafening level, even softer than the cheapo earpieces that come with my phone :((
They're not that great for gaming tbh, which is a shame considering all the features it comes with. I don't have issues with volume with any Hyperx, Corsair or Steelseries headsets tbh.
Regular Pro doesn't have Blue voice - and some of the accessories are missing, like the cloth bag. Sound wise they are the same, except for the microphone - if you were to use Blue voice features on the X version. If you don't use that part of the software then it's identical in every way
How loud is this headset? I had an issue where my old G35 was not loud enough when they changed the drivers to Logi Gaming Software. The sound got normalised and it lost around 25% of it's volume.

MH572 has the best mic out of any gaming headset, but I'm not sure if they're good for anything else. But, I wouldn't recommend either if you plan to use them for music too. They sound awful and won't do your music any justice, I'd suggest beyerdynamic DT 990s with a v moda Pro mic attachment. That way, you won't sacrifice sound quality.

I have the same issue. Very low volume, quite echo-y. Played a few games with these on and not impressed at all.

@@TheNerdstalgicPodcast You need to use the USB sound card to actually enable 7.1, blue voice etc, and you don't use this on console or phone so I believe it doesn't carry over.

@@TheNerdstalgicPodcast Its because its virtual 7.1 surround sound and the blue voice is a software designed for PC, implementation for the console or the phone would be hard and probably wouldn’t work well.

Fixed it! For some reason after plugging it into a 3.0 usb port instead of a 2.0 it worked!
You have the wrong software. You most likely have the out of date one and need to uninstall and reinstall the newer version. Same thing Happened to me.
