København is a dream for food, but on a holiday I want quiet. Eating like this on the coast in Jutland is way tougher. That part of the country is mostly BBQ/Sausage oriented. Any tips in the west?

Hey, wondering if you’d be keen to investigate why there is a global discouragement of farming… NL having issues, South Africa having issues exporting fresh produce…among other countries. We are seeing a serious hit on farming, and it’s not sustainable in my view to rely on corporates to provide healthy food. Food security is going to be a big issue… just asking, in line with living sustainably, producing food is essential for communities. What’s your take on what’s happening…..
