He is a senior advocate of Nigeria, and he is telling you the facts of your law. He is telling you what your law says. Judges may choose to do what they like, but until the constitution is changed, it remains what it is .

How could they not figure out which court had jurisdiction over the matter? It seems like a simple case to me. It shouldn't take more than a couple of minutes to figure out that the case should have gone to the Federal High Court and not the State High Court. Lawyers ehn 😂😂
