Alkaline phosphatase levels are of interest in the diagnosis of hepatobiliary disorders and bone diseases associated with increased osteoblastic activity. Moderate elevations of Alkaline Phosphatase may be seen in Hodgkin’s Disease, congestive heart failure, ulcerative colitis, regional enteritis and intra-abdominal bacterial infections. Alkaline Phosphatase activity can be tested in serum / plasma using PNPP kinetic method.

Hello sir. Thank you for watching the video. Reagent blank tube har test se pehle run karna zaroori hai kyuki reagent blank ki absorbance hamesha 0.700 se kam honi chaihye. Alkaline Phosphatase increasing kinetic mode pe run hota hai. Yadi reagent blank ki absorbance 0.700 se zyada aati hai to us working solution ko discard karke naya working solution banana padta hai aur usme hame sample run karna hota hai.
Hamare pack insert me humne explain kiya hai ki jab hum ek tablet 10 ml me reconstitute karte he working solution banane ke liye, to us working solution ki stability 21 days hoti hai at 2-8 degree celcius storage temperature. Hamara working solution perfect hai ya nahi usse check karne ke liye hame uski absorbance dekhni padti he aur uski absorbance 0.700 se kam honi chaihye.
