Rising Sun (Okami) - Epic Orchestral Arrangement

- Here's my orchestral arrangement of the track, "Rising Sun" from Okami - The epic theme of Amaterasu the sun god herself! (with a neat twist that invokes the theme of the Celestials!) This is just one of about ten tracks which will appear on an Okami tribute album I'm making called "Okami - ReOrchrestrated." On this cover album, you'll hear this and other familiar and beloved tracks from the game orchestrated and produced by me in a faithful yet updated, realistic, and epic sound. I hope you will look forward to hearing it in the future!

The most epic moment in gaming history when you square up against the final boss and the music is playing your theme instead of the boss theme.
This was indeed such an amazing moment in the game! The moment it seemed like Amaterasu was about to be killed, Issun fulfilled his destiny and helped her regain her true powers. The arena going pitch dark so you could draw the rising sun was one of the most atmospheric video game moments I’ve ever experienced!

Where is the full release?
It's up there to be sure. This game definitely is magical. But it's still 2nd to one other event. Pokémon gold and silver. You feel like your the best at everything, only the discover the final boss and fight is a mountaintop duel against...... your character from the last game. My 12 year old brain was not ready. But okami's ending definitely helped me understand the japanese troupe of "power of friendship beats everything " so epic

The theme of “Tribe of the Heavenly Kami” intertwined with the melody towards the end…absolutely wonderful.
Just finished this masterpiece earlier today... this theme slaps...
This version of Rising Sun is absolutely incredible. I am blown away - and including the theme of the Celestials.. hard to imagine listening to this any other way now!
I absolutely love this arrangement. The addition of the Celestials' theme was a really nice touch to an already amazing piece. Great job!

Thank you very much! I knew true fans of the game would love the celestials’ theme. I think it sends a pretty cool message in this track about Ammy’s origins and her battle with Yami also being a battle of justice for the people of the Celestial Plain!

Wow. Honestly, I hope to be able to make stuff like this some day. My musical abilities aren't the best yet, but, just how this is your tribute to the game, I'm making my own as I type this. Still, this is honestly one of the most impressive orchestral arrangements of anything that I've ever had the pleasure of listening to, and I do hope you make more!
The original was epic itself. But this version really gave me the chills/goosebumps. I can visually imagine an epic anime battle with Amaretsu. Those use of drums and trumpets was soo epic. My god.

It is so lovely and powerful. The theme of Celestial is such a nice surprise to add a soft grace before it get louder and more intense in second half. It is a bit short, though. Is it just it, all?
I can see this song be in SSBU, with Ammy as a fighter with her own techniques and abilities. Awesome!!!

Nothing can ever replace the original for me, but don't take that as lack of appreciation for this. Far from it, in fact, for it is indeed epic as fuck.
