Fantastic mod! The Power Armour Station is a Brotherhood of Steel model. It's cool, and easy to both place and use! The Jukebox is also available normally, but both of types bug your searchlights! Don't place them. Same with TVs. Don't use'em. The little round thingies on string are the wonderfully named Grenade Bouquets! Pick one for your girl today! Bunkbeds now count as two, however your sims... errr, settlers can't use them as TWO, so you'll get the "People are having to sleep in shifts" comments from them as you visit. Don't place these, nor place beds too tight if you want happy campers. The planters are just the tiniest bit finicky to place, and your settlers don't auto-harvest the crops into your workshop, so get working!
Couple mods that would be nice is *ability to rename settlers, or when you look at em it says Settler"insert job", *brighter lights never have i ever seen such a dim lightbulb after trying each type i've found you need way more than you should to light up a room (ex takes almost 5 'normal' bulbs to get decent lighting in say a bedroom) *working fridges. if the tv can turn on n show "please stand by" when it gets power than a fridge should be able to work as well, puta beer/nuka cola in the fridge an when you get it later you get "ice cold beer/nuka cola" * bigger beds my ss should be able to build a nice size queen bed * last one, normal freaking doorways, I shouldnt have to put a junk fence "doorway" in my house because I want a door for my bedroom.
It would be nice to see the s.p.e.c.i.a.l cartoons on the tv's, just to have something other than plz stand bye (a few episodes of gorgnak the barbarian or silver shroud would be cool too)

I just want better building choices: gates-doors that need a lock or password to get in. More room to build (not just settlements) or have the option to scrap during free roam to help with supplies more. (I mainly bought the game for the building aspect) Personally I haven't completed the game due to the fact am addicted to building my base.
This mod is a must have for builders ! The options offered are just phenomenal. I wonder however if the "Creation kit" will offer more possibilities : like new kind of objects,decorative elements, or this kind of stuff... Personally, I would love to see more advanced walls and structures to build new houses ! And not just walls made of woods, and others recovery's things... I'd like to build a base with some parts coming from a vault, or a military / industrial places, ect... to create a full new, complete kind of place ! ( oh ! And skeletons ! Everyone need some spooky scary skeletons these days ! )
Keep in mind that this mod currently uses FalloutSnip to do this, the 'Snip' utilities for Skyrim heavily screwed save games and the damage was only apparent after a long ass time. General corruption, crashing, etc occurred a lot even after the mod was removed. The Fallout version of the utility appears to be doing stuff the exact same way and could (probably will and likely already has) do the exact same thing to save games this time around. I'd like to hold out hope, but I'm not willing to risk the loss of a save game for some additional placables (that were rushed out unfinished I might add, author claims it is due to people requesting it be rushed). I'm not trying to put down the mod as it's adding a much needed feature to the game that Bethesda either were too lazy to add to, limited it for consoles or worst of all are leaving space for stuff to add from DLC's. I am on the other hand making sure to give a much needed warning to people who do not know the history of pre-official tools, so you can make at least a semi informed decision instead of blindly jumping in not knowing the potential risks then being left untrusting of any future mods after being burned on one. There is another mod called Homemaker which has a similar goal that currently uses Snip but intends to rebuild entirely using the FO4Edit tool instead, and the 'xEdit' tools have had a much nicer history to them and are still used to tinker with Skyrim mods. As of writing this the FO4Edit version is not out yet though, the version number that starts at should be 1.2 according to the author. Homemaker adds some different items, maybe not as many but they are focused on doing it properly with the appropriate materials etc. +1 me if you found this info useful so others can see it easily.
Neronix17 I use different similar mod by a diff user called unlocked settlement objects. I've noticed similar issues with my game. I save very often as it's recommended by the dev. It crashes every once in a while. If I play for hours on end mainly.

I can't wait until this officially comes to console and it actually works fully works, like clipping objects etc. also being able to actually use the interactive objects like the ham radio, etc. you're not alone man.

a cool mod I wish some one would make is manackins that you can put clothing on. like have one with the silver shroud out fit. or have one with synth armor etc etc. and have a weapon rack. because I personally like seeing my out fit choices/weapon with out having to open up the steamer trunk. also having a mod that'll let you build patroltrons. personally I wish someone would would make these mods. if I knew how to I would.

Giant metal door can be made with 6 cloth. Makes total sense.
