① Mix all the ingredients and make it 82°C by boiling it in a double bath.
② After filtering through a sieve, use it by whipping it white until it cools.

heavy cream 150g
sugar 15g
① Whip the heavy cream and sugar to 100%.
② Beat in mascarpone cheese.
③ Mix the part-abomb twice in ②.
④ Please mix the whipped cream.
🏷 ️ coffee syrup
water 100g
instant coffee 4.5g
( 0.9g of kanu, 5EA)
sugar 20g
8ml Kahlúa or 30g Marsala wine (optional)
① Mix all ingredients in warm water.
(After cooling down, use it.)
