To think Josh and Amber were murdered for doing nothing other than taking care of their children is bad enough, but knowing all of the children in this case are now having to grow up with parents either dead or in jail, that just makes it all the more unbearable.
Isn't it just beyond tragic that the adults responsible had ZERO thought for the very thing you mention. God bless and protect those beautiful blessed children, innocent of anything at all. Just beautiful children who deserve so much more.

Hearing that Amber had seen her boyfriend get killed, tried to drive away but got shot in the head while her son was eating mcnuggets in the back seat destroyed my heart. Amber and Josh seemed so happy and sweet human beings, it’s so sad and fucked up 😔

Not to mention it is quite impossible with anything with a long barrel like an AR or shotgun unless you have very long arms and are quite handy. A pistol is the more logical choice.
No a bulletproof helmet would be a strange thing to buy for a man who claims to plan to 'put a bullet in his own head'.
For some reason this just hit different. Something about how brazen the murders were, in daylight, with neighbors witnessing and the young boy in the back seat. Dear God that hurt so much to hear he witnessed his parents murder.
The dead giveaway was the constant smile on Charlene's face at the vigil.

It didn’t say the child was “eating” his nuggets - just that he “had” or “was still holding” them. That’s something a little kid would do in light of a sudden, shocking occurrence. I have no idea why you heard “eating” when that’s NOT what was said, but you go even further with the “well he must not have been THAT upset.” All the vile adults involved in this crime - and you make some bitchy comment about a little boy whose mother was shot to death two feet from him? That’s something Charlene might say! What always surprises me when friends conspire to help in plots like this.
Tim and Charlene did some gaslighting about how the other guy was abusive etc no doubt. That's what they do. She did some of it when calling him an abusive drug dealer in the media. Imagine the onslaught in person.

This case is just unbelievable, I don't even have words..I just feel awful for the kids having to lose both parents. I'm just glad they got caught and they are rotting in prison.

I went to school with Josh, and used to hang out on the weekends with him and his brother.
When I saw the name Tim Dean, I clicked knowing exactly what I was going to see, and still I am shocked to see this story on such a large channel.
I still pray for those kids and their families every day. It is horrible how they lost both their father and mother, because the mother could not bare to know that another woman was a better mother to her children than herself.

There is a TH-cam channel called The Behavioral Arts. I learned on that channel that the reason people do this, where they grin or smile or laugh or have a joyful expression on their face *while expressing something awful,* is because when people think they are pulling the wool over, they just cannot help themselves but to express happiness and joy. It's as if the subconscious mind leaks out, and we see the bizarre juxtaposition of a big grin as the person states how awful it is that her children's father was murdered, and justice needs to be meted out.

Why do people say "yes" when a friend asks them to help murder some they have no beef with. If one of my friends or family asked me, I'd be contacting the police as soon as I could. Never mind the ethics, why face jail time for something like that?

As the father of a 3yr old, I have had that "Please eat this to be healthy" arguement with my boyo multiple times.

@Terry Lewis I've seen this technique before and am always amazed at how the subject doesn't tell the cops to back up. I used to work in a grocery store as a cashier and once in a while a customer would tell another customer to back up, that they were crowding them, and so it amazes me that someone literally backed into a corner having two people inch closer and closer doesn't just say, "Hey! Can you back away? Why ya gotta be up on my lap here?" but they never do.
