Old video but relevant... I just purchased the newest 8s outcast RTR and not only are there no sway bars but the links you showed are also not included. I wan to add them to this setup, would there be an additional part to buy since the links are no longer included? Great video you are the only one out there with this content!
Im unsure about the sway bar issue. Mine came with them, that's all I know. I'm sorry yours didn't. I'd contact the company via email and find out if this was a mistake and if it was not they would know what part number for the correct sway bars that will fit your rc.
@@arthurtsaktserlis6726the other part needed in addition to the parts he had in the video for the v2 8s Arrma’s is ARA330744 it comes with lots of parts you will only need the 4 sway bar links.
It doesn't seem to make any difference when it comes to the droop or when lifting the car, BUT....it certainly does make a huge difference on how it drives. It's got way less body roll so it slides less when cornering and pretty much has improved handling in all driving environment. Thanks for watching and commenting.👍👇
On the outcast I'd say about a 7 because it's already a low riding vehicle and it's very wide & long and that makes it fairly stable by itself, but on my X-Maxx's id say a 10! It makes alot more of a difference because they are monster trucks and sit alot higher than the outcast does.
Sweet welcome to the channel! There's all kinds of good content on here from RC cars to motorcycles to V8 engines to tractors and a ittle bit of everything else.
I can test the handling of the outcast as soon as it quits raining here in Michigan. Detroit is under 8 feet of water right now! I'm 3 hours north of Detroit (Thank God) and we have lakes and rivers for all of the rain to flow into so we don't have near as much chance to flood up here in the country unless we get 10 times more rain. But it's still wet and muddy right now so I don't want to run the brand new outcast in the nasty dirty mud.

Same here, and I purchased the 5MM bars. I dont want bending or anything for the amount of money I paid for this V2.
Hi. Did you ever find the sway bar links? I’ve bought the outcast and want to order the sway bar setup but worried they are not included in the box

What about when lifting the truck, does it help with tire droop

On a scale of 1-10 how much of a difference does the upgrade make? I have an 8s and I love it.

It should be able to move a little but not super loose. It should be slightly snugged yet able to move.
subbed
