Shout out to all the skaters out there making this crazy world go round! We appreciate you! Who's your favorite skater and why? Drop your favorite skater in the comments :)
My favorite skater is my twin sister Kande. She’s not famous, not an expert or anything like that. But she’s the one who reintroduced skating to our family. During the early part of the pandemic she inspired & encouraged us to get rolling. We now have a family skate crew of sorts lol. 3 generations strong. It’s a beautiful thing!
I got my lollys yesterday I bought and paid for new skates, they sent me skate that were clearly used. Scuffs along the sides and front. Spots that they tried to clean i could've bought used skates on mercari or ebay for half the price. I was treating myself to what I thought was a new pair. Not these hastily cleaned up second hands. I feel kind of like I was conned and I wonder how a reputable company would even allow something like this to happen. I bought 30 dollar tip protectors prior to buying these just to find my tips already scuffed... It's like buying a new car at new car price just to find 5000 miles when it arrives. Ive hit moxi up on Facebook, messaged several times via email w pictures. A seemingly reputable company with so many skaters that I love endorsing them and theyre ripping off their customers then ignoring them? There's a reason a i paid almost 400 for skates and it's not to get someones send backs. That's the price of a virgin pair of boots. There was the option to buy blemished skates at a lower price and I declined to go that route because I wanted them to be brand new ..just mine. Anyway....now I'm being ignored by customer service What's going on??
I purchased my first pair of Moxi skates about 7 years ago from the Long Beach shop. Seeing the brand blow up how it has in the last 18 months is amazing. I’m so happy for you guys! Keep shining Moxi Roller Skates.
Omg I'm so happy I bought my first skates from such an amazing brand with such a beautiful story. I can't wait to receive my green lollies 💚💚💚💚 Congratulations on your well deserved growth. I shed a tear.
Congrats, guys! My beloved, tricked out lolly honeydews never fail to bring me joy, and have given me so much faith in what my body can do. They’ll be accompanying me to a brand new country and uni in a few weeks, ready for more adventures.
I wish I had known about Moxi when I was trying to transition from inlines to quads back in 2013. I lost eight years of skate. But I'm finding my way again. and my new Lollies are the love of my life. Thank you, Moxi.
Is it weird that I got emotional? I'm so happy I found roller skating when I did. Without your skates I wouldn't know the joy I could feel with these wheels strapped to my feet. Thank you always and I hope to purchase another pair in the future! Can't wait to see what you guys have in store.
This video actually got me so emotional - I started skating nearly a year ago now and I cannot tell you how much it makes me feel such pure happiness! I don't think of anything else when I'm skating, and it makes you realise just how strong and resilient your body is - every knock, fall & trip - You get yourself back up and go again. Everything negative just melts away instantly and no matter what, I'll never quit at it because it's genuinely intoxicating and the people in the roller skating community are just pure gems! :) x
our family have all ways roller skated. My great Nan tough my Nan, she thought my Nan, she thought my mum and my mum tought me and will teach my sister when she’s old enough. I used to skate all the time for years but just stopped until a few months ago. I’m using my mums old skates as mine where old and didn’t fit so I’m saving up for moxis! I’m so excited to get them and get better at skating
I have two pairs of Moxi’s and this brand is amazing. I have gotten so many of my friends and family to rollerskate and it has worked. now we are a family in the rinks, at competitions, outside and at our homes. it’s all amazing because of you!
for years I wanted to own a pair of roller skates, living in Venezuela I didn't have any options, plus owning even the cheapest ones was impossible for me to afford. Today, with hard work, I continue to skate on my Beach Bunnies, which I love with my whole life, there's a big chance my Bunnies are the only moxi roller skates in the whole country! I'm so blessed!! and a bit lonely too when it comes to roller skating! hahaha I wish there was a Venezuelan roller skating community, and I also wish there was a skate park where I live, I'm hopeful that one day it'll come true, dream big!!! So happy to belong not only to the roller skating community, but to the Moxi community 💛 someday far in the future I'll snatch a pair of lollies too so I can lend my Bunnies to someone else and I have someone to skate with 💛💛💛 I'm hopeful for that day 🥰
So happy for your growth...you deserve it! Such an amazing company that actually cares and goes above and beyond. Thank you, Estro and everyone at Moxi. I am so excited to finally receive my Taffy Lolly's in a few days that I have been wanting for over a year. Best skate company ever!!! 💜💕💜
Thank you, thank you for making and creating such amazing products! I absolutely adore my Lolly skates. They have taken me places and shown me things I have only dreamed of. Congratulations on your success, and even though growing pains are there, you all still have that Moxi Spirit!!! All my love!
I bought mine at Moxi in LB about 7 years ago. So glad to have bought them when I did... although there are some awesome colors available now. I love the Moxi videos and the skaters who've inspired me to keep skating on. The community of skaters are some of the most genuine and kind people I've ever met. I so appreciate the empowering skaters and the helpfulness at all levels of skaters. I'm teased a little regarding my Moxi helmet that is now "Retro"... but it's all in fun because it's so cute! Living in LB and finding Moxi on 4th St. was such a blessing. Now being Pigeon's skate shop on 4th... we keep on rolling!
Ok it has been 2 years and I have not forgotten about Moxi after seeing these on TH-cam. I just sold my Treadmill that I have had hanging around for Years to buy me a pair . Keep up the faith and hard work . Moxi will grow to be the number one brand .God Bless everyone at Moxi and know that the Lord loves y'all ! The hard part is picking a color I love them all:)
Picked up my first pair of skates just over a year ago and I’ve been obsessed with the sport and you guys ever since!!! Nothing makes me feel more happiness than putting on my lollys and I can’t thank you guys enough 💖💖
I grew up roller skating, then ultimately inline skating. I started roller skating again about 8 years, but life happened and 2 big moves and now it's 2021. I recently found my old skates, but fell in love with the skating community that is Moxi. I bought my first pair of Lolly's last week and so far, I AM IN LOVE! I do need to start all over as if I'm a beginner, and I am slowly running out of time as I live in the northeast.
We are so happy to hear you have been reunited with roller skates! Enjoy the ride 🧡 Maybe there's a local indoor rink you can check out this winter, skating in a rainy place is a tough one!
can’t wait to get myself a pair!! i love seeing a brand that has diversity inside of it where i can see people like me. especially since it’s skate centered!! love you all.
i use to roller skate at a rink by my grandmas house as a kid but i only used rentals and it wasn’t often. i loved it though. about 6 years ago for one summer i bought used roller blades and all summer i would be out skating but it fell off once school started and i never picked them back up. now i’m 20 about a month ago i got a pair of moxis and i’m falling back in love w skating! nearly everyday after work i go out and skate around the neighborhood for at least an hour! :,)
I have a lot of favorites 🥰 too many to pick one but your definitely in my tops ❤️ Why? Because it’s literally saved me to gain confidence through your videos to skate outside (in my Lollys 🖤) while my rinks been closed. Big thanks to all the Moxi skaters worldwide for sharing your love of skating on TH-cam. I seriously can’t get enough & every time I skate you all are with me in spirit 💛 Much love!
I was skating before the pandemic and it wasn’t until quarantine that my friends and immediate social circle decided to give it a try as it became popular lol - it’s a double edge sword for me because of course I’m happy that more people are skating now, and at the same time I wish people wouldn’t have shut me down in the past whenever I’d get excited about going skating. Skating has changed my life and I’m so happy that so many more people now are starting to understand the impact skating can have. I love my Moxi skates!!! Peace ✌🏽 ❤️❤️
I got my Moxi skates 4 years ago for my 48th birthday. Every time I skate I feel like I did when I got my first pair of skates in 1980. We are ageless when we skate.
“Rollerskaters activate the rollerskates, but they’re not just rollerskates, they’re skaters, and when they skate, they become skates, but much more than that- it’s about skates and skaters, rollerskating, and skater skating, that’s when the real magic happens”
I love Moxi because it is a brand made by skaters for skaters, few brands show affection when designing a product, and few brands are able to attract so many people, I couldn't buy Moxi before confinement and I regretted it because Until a couple of months ago it was impossible to find skates of my size in Spain, congratulations, you have my support, you have created something very beautiful and I would like to be part of it ;)
My pineapple moxies are the best roller skates I've ever had! And here's why (long story. Get popcorn). :D tl;dr - they put color back into my life, and became the way I began recovery. I was welcomed home by a skater, and I cried. My parents jam skated in the 70's and 80's. My dad was a backwards skater. So, they put tiny me in Fisher Price adjustable skates, and that's how my skate life began. Insert a 15 year skating hiatus within my life where my blades collected dust in the closet. WELL....... Last January, I saw a girl gliding down the beach boardwalk in yellow skates. She was floating, beautiful, - the quintessential California sun-soaked girl - and thought, "I miss skating..." (That's how Ace I am, folks. Hot person on skates, and all I could think was how much I missed skating.) So I thought if I got back into it, it might help my depression, weight gain, anxiety, stress, loneliness, ADHD.... all of that. And I missed the rush. So, I dusted off my 20 year old roller blades, took them out to the boardwalk, strapped them on foolishly thinking I could pick up right where I'd left off, ...and realized I'd forgotten everything. I struggled and wobbled like a drunken penguin in joggers and a crop top blanketed in embarrassment. I was never that good to begin with - I couldn't even skate backwards -, but I had balance, and loved the rush of speed, of the wind in my hair, and the feeling of the ground beneath my wheels. How could I be this terrible?! And then the cherry plopped on top... the zip locking latch on my right blade snapped clean in half. I took my blades off, and made the walk of shame up the hill to my car. But I wanted to skate. I had a tiny taste of what I used to love and wanted it back. So I searched online and in stores for a month for yellow roller skates. I wanted a pair of skates that would last me the rest of my life if I took care of them, and according to my mom, real leather or suede was the way to go. So I opted to put in the investment. Then I found Moxies and fell in love with them. And of course they were backordered until next century. Never once in my life did I think there would be a mad dash scramble shortage of roller skates. I ended up finding mine on Craigslist. They turned out to be a size too big. Fortunately, the day I put them up to sell, I found the exact same style in my size, AND this woman in another state was looking for the same skates in the size I currently had! The odds of that happening had to be ridiculously low. (she let me know she loves them, and started her own skate journey.) The skates I got were brand new. The woman who had them took them out for 20 minutes, broke her wrist, and said "NOPE." I began my journey learning how to skate on quads (a totally different beast from blades - sometimes I still try to stop by putting my right heel down. Yeah, not a good idea on quads. :D ) in early March. I met some cool people, got outside, and fell in love with skating all over again. :) Sadly, I only skated for 3 months before I got a foot injury (work related). However, I risked it, and went to the Body Positivity Roll Out. I have ZERO regrets. Finally, at the end of October, my foot had healed enough for me to skate again. So technically, I've only been skating for 4 months. Skating has been an immense help in dealing with my depression (along with meds), I lost weight, and the tendonitis in both of my ankles from weak calves, bicycle commuting for seven years, and from a job where I have to be on my feet all day went away, I made friends, and it helped to relieve the stress I'd bottled up from working through burnout throughout the entire pandemic at a restaurant where people didn't care that the staff were humans and not robots that couldn't get sick. (I'm still there.) I was at Venice beach 3 days after getting my skates. I met this person who helped me get started, and I found out I still remembered how to do a right cross over! That knowledge was still there. I just had to find it. :) She rolled backwards to face me, spread her arms wide open, and smiled, *"You belong on skates! Welcome home."* Welcome home. I cried. I'm not being hyperbolic. I legit cried. Not ugly cry, but filled with so much emotion I hadn't experienced in so long that tears fell. I'm tearing up just thinking about that. So when I saw Michelle at the roll out, screamed and hugged them, where all I could blubber was 'thank you! I love my skates!' (and then immediately felt embarrassed and apologetic for being so hyper - enter ADHD) ... *THIS* ...is why. My skates became the way that helped me as a person to recover. I'm still on that recovery road. I may never be a good skater, but I'm home. And I am never giving up my moxies. Thank you for my amazing skates.
I can't wait to own my own pair of moxi skates. I'm currently using rookies as a beginner but I plan on upgrading to beach bunnies or lollys in the future when I get better😁😁
This video sounds like you are saying goodbye. Does Shove have a Twin? I love the skates and I have learned a lot since I've been doing the moxi 365 challenge. Thanks for your inspiration!
@@moxiskates I'm so glad! I appreciate you all. I would have never tried skating ramps ,Street skate or Jam skate without your 365 challenge! My Mom told me about Moxi. I'm grateful she did because yall are Awesome. Thanks again!
sooo when are the skates going to be back in stock? this was cute and all but is has been months of me checking and the skates are always sold out ! - signed a frustrated wannabie roller skater
I’m in the process of setting up a skating community in Birmingham UK. It’s based around families and home education. The next generation of skaters 🛼😀 I’m looking for at least one skater to teach children and parents from as young as 4. Also do you make moxi skates for children? Or adjustable skates?
How does your sizes work. I am a size 9 1/2. I bought some C seven's size 10 and and they were way too tight had to send them back waiting for my refund I will love some Moxi but don't want to order the wrong size
Since there is no universal standard for shoe sizing across brands, we strongly recommend that you take a measurement of your foot in centimeters and use that to determine the correct size of skate desired. Please use the size chart for the product you wish to purchase for the best information. For convenience, the sizing charts are linked on every skate product page near the dropdown menu. If you have any further concerns please reach out to our Customer Service at cs@moxirollerskates.com, our team will be happy to assist you!
Can we get a soft vegan suede boot? I know soft vegan suede exists. I own shoes made with it. Why is no one making skates with it? TUK and dr.martin have great vegan options, why can't these same materials be made into skates? All vegan skate options are hard plastic/vinyl and uncomfortable. It's so sad to see murdered animal flesh on everyone's feet when vegan options exist.
@@EvelynIvyy Please do. And maybe when you do find a better vegan option, make it available as a full set up, not just the boot. And maybe not just one color.
@@daniaguinaga1754 have you considered making your own pair of skates with your favorite vegan shoes?? That would be so cool! Then you’d be sure to get what you want, and they’d be unique. 🤙🏼

(I'm still there.)
I was at Venice beach 3 days after getting my skates. I met this person who helped me get started, and I found out I still remembered how to do a right cross over! That knowledge was still there. I just had to find it. :) She rolled backwards to face me, spread her arms wide open, and smiled, *"You belong on skates! Welcome home."*
Welcome home.
That is such an amazing story, thank you for sharing and being a part of the skate family

So happy to own a pair of Moxi Lolly’s 😍💯‼️
I hope one day you guys have a vegan version of the Lolly that’s my dream 🥺❤️ really loved this video.
I can't wait to own my own pair of moxi skates. I'm currently using rookies as a beginner but I plan on upgrading to beach bunnies or lollys in the future when I get better😁😁
Peach 🍑 Blanket Beach Bunny over here 😊✨ Saving up for a pair of Lollies 🍭
I'm a cross between a figure skater and a date devil like Robbie Knievel. Someday I want to jump the grand canyon on roller skates.
beautiful video!! hope to see you soon!
🤞🏽❤️
Congrats on your success!
...and please bring back the "roller skate live happy" ringer tee. Please?!
👁👄👁
people spend so much on bikes as a hobby, yet a par of skates seems so expensive. i'd love to upgrade to moxis soon!
If it’s a bit to much for you to pay all at once, you might want to consider paying through Klarna :) th-cam.com/video/mutr73uw3xQ/w-d-xo.html
I hope someday i’ll have a pair🥺❤️
this was the sweetest video ever
There’s two things you can’t do- say bubbles in a stern voice with out laughing and being in a bad mood on skates. 🛼✌🏼
When will you guys have the beach bunnies back in stock?🙂
Best people around 💜
I chose to buy Impala online skates since I really wanted some high quality in lines , my next purchase will be some moxies 💛
Listening to this feels like reading the label on a Dr. Bronner’s soap
LOL
This video sounds like you are saying goodbye. Does Shove have a Twin? I love the skates and I have learned a lot since I've been doing the moxi 365 challenge. Thanks for your inspiration!
No goodbye just an appreciation post :)
@@moxiskates I'm so glad! I appreciate you all. I would have never tried skating ramps ,Street skate or Jam skate without your 365 challenge! My Mom told me about Moxi. I'm grateful she did because yall are Awesome. Thanks again!

I’m in the process of setting up a skating community in Birmingham UK. It’s based around families and home education. The next generation of skaters 🛼😀 I’m looking for at least one skater to teach children and parents from as young as 4. Also do you make moxi skates for children? Or adjustable skates?
That's awesome! :) Yes, we do make kids skates!

We have tried a few but the material but they cannot withstand the aggressive skating like suede but we promise we are still working on it!🌱💚
I have Moxi vegan jacks and absolutely love them. They don’t feel like plastic at all. They feel super comfy/high quality. 💜
@@EvelynIvyy Please do. And maybe when you do find a better vegan option, make it available as a full set up, not just the boot. And maybe not just one color.
@@SkaterGirlSquirrel I'm glad you're happy with them. 💜 They seemed stiff and vinyl like to me. 🤷🏻♀️ I'll keep up my search. 👀
@@daniaguinaga1754 have you considered making your own pair of skates with your favorite vegan shoes?? That would be so cool! Then you’d be sure to get what you want, and they’d be unique. 🤙🏼
