Nordvpn is one of the worst you might want to check that sponsor the reality. Dark side of VPNs it's a data mining farm not privacy. Good video on explaining the reality of VPNs and the scams behind them including the shady practices of the companies.
@NaomiBrockwellTV has good insights on it know you have bills to pay and sponsors help, might need to vet them more Nordvpn is data mining. Hot mess everywhere.
I wish summer was over now. Every day now around 30 degrees. The first storks leave Europe - 4000 storks were seen in Gibraltar in the last few days. The swifts are also gradually leaving Germany. Glad Grimm is doing well again! I can understand what it's like then. Greetings
@ceciliaBlomdahl I truly believe there is a soul bond and Grimm is yours , lost mine two months ago she was only three and I’m Broken hearted ..give him so much love like you already so time is so precious
If somebody told me 20 years ago that in 2024 I'd be watching a dog get his butt disinfected in Svalbard on the Internet... I doubt I'd believe it. Stay safe, dear Grim!
Grim doing a peace-out when he saw the antibiotics come out made me lmao!! So cute! That was so sweet and so funny. Then his very slow walk back…”mooooom do I haaaaavvveee tooooo…”
I just wanted to say thank you for putting up front that Grimm is ok and not using that as a cliffhanger to get people to watch. A lot of people do that and it is frustrating as you do get attached even though we don't know Grimm. It's awesome that he has access to good healthcare on Svalbard and that you all are such good pup parents to keep him clean and comfortable.
I love that we can tell he’s relaxing and getting more comfortable talking in length on camera. I absolutely love to see their growth!! Such deserving humans♥️
As dogs age, they get bumps and growths. They just do. It's great you had it removed. He will appreciate it later. Everyone wants Grim around for a long time!!
Over the last two years I’ve had to take my beagle Lucy to the vet three times to check out strange wart-like growths on her feet. Each time they turned out to be benign, thank goodness, just like Grim’s growth. The vet said that Lucy’s little lumps were fairly common in older dogs. Lucy is approximately eleven years old, so she fits into the senior dog category. It’s always a tense time, waiting for those biopsy results. I’m glad Grim got good news from his biopsies and that he is healing well. Grim has the two best nurses in the world taking care of him!💐
Not only old dogs but old humans as well, it is one of the not so nice things that appear when aging... I think it is much better to get them taken off otherwise they keep fiddling or licking them & can cause other issues, so you did the wise thing. I recommend the same thing for humans as they are bothersome & one can't help picking!
Such good dog parents! It's important to show the full spectrum of experiences with a pet. So glad Grim looks like he's on the mend and a happy camper.
So glad the final pathology was negative! The fact that Grim came through just fine with the surgery and recovery is wonderful! Looking forward to the rest of Grim's summer adventures! Extra cuddles please for Grim from me!😊❤
Christoffer is so relaxed and never rushed. Sweet, sweet Grim, you just want to kiss that cute puppy face. Please make videos of Christoffer cooking and baking. It’s so relaxing
In the past I had a wonderful dog who had a tumor appear on his “butt cheek”. I had to have it removed 3 times in 6 years, usually regrowing in similar area. He recovered well every time. I was able to extend his life several years and he was happy. The cost for each surgery was at least $3000 USD. I know how it feels to be a nurse to your pet including feeding him whatever he wants. ❤I’m glad Grim is doing well and has loving parents. Thank you for sharing his journey with us.
He saw the last two, and thought, 'I'm outta here'. Get well quickly floofy one. Yes, that isn't an outrageous amount, considering where you are can often be more expensive. My pupper love blueberries, and they are good for him. You are so right, as an older dog, diet and extra nutrition is so important.😊
Grim is the best boy, standing there and allowing his wound to be cleaned. He’s always good, but, I’m impressed that he didn’t wiggle around. You and he were meant to be! ❤
Such a good boy standing there and not squirming around while Christofer does the cleaning! So glad he's well and will have many more years on Svalbard.
Grim is a very lucky dog to have two such loving and caring parents. I'm amazed he just stands there for his treatment and you aren't having to wrestle with him like we'd have to with our two dogs. The price you paid is amazing in US dollars. Here it would have been in the thousands.
Grim was on prime time tv here in Australia last week. At the start of the program he was tied up to a huge rock in town, near a sign that read 'Dog Parking'. I shrieked 'that's Grim!!' It was ABC Foreign Correspondent program highlighting the Russian town becoming more active of late, and their connection with China etc, and Svalbards population trust concerns.
Yes I remember when you received ownership of Grim. I can't believe it can be so long ago. I remember how emotional you were Cecilia. I think we know when an animal has a soul connection with us. Its amazing. So glad Grim is doing well. 🤩
So glad Grim is doing so well with recovery and healing! In May, we had our German Shepherd at the beach, playing with his Chuck it. His stomach flipped and twisted. Commonly called “bloat”. Luckily, we knew something was wrong right away and got him to the emergency vet within 45 minutes of it happening. He made it through the surgery with no damage to his organs, stomach, bowels, or spleen. $5000 (Canadian), but our boy is worth it. He’s all healed up and back to his adventures! He has a TH-cam channel called “Vader Adventures” 🐾♥️
Can't wait to see how well the insurance covers. It's also available here in the States, and it is kinda hit n miss. Love how resilient puppers are with surgery. Grimmy is so lucky having you as his humans! So loving and attentive!❤
Way to go Grim-ster! And kudos to you, Cecilia and Chistoffer for taking such great care of him. I have been through a similar situation with my senior cat....one day I discovered a mouth abscess and she had to be treated for that... then 2 weeks later, have almost all of her teeth removed! I was worried, but she came through like a total champ. I don't have pet insurance, and it cost $1200 CAD. I, too, thought it was a decent price for a full day of vet care and anesthesia. The perks of having no human kids=we will make sure our fur babies get the best of the best care! Lol.
Grim is a hero, and he is also one of the gooddest (lol) of all the good boys! Love hearing he’s doing well, and as ever I love the images of your gorgeous surrounds on Svalbard - your home and the island in general =beautiful. I’d spend all day every day curled up with a blanket on the couch and a doggo or kitty with me in front of a lovely fire…reading some enthralling new nonfiction book or a novel.
Dogs are the best. I love my baby, I have an 8 year old malamute. He certainly has my heart. A quick recovery to your baby. Hugs from my Yazh (Son in my language) and I.
My 9 year old basset hound just had surgery to remove a benign lump that was growing too large to allow us to put on his harness. He acted a bit odd after surgery but has healed nicely...its been almost 3 weeks. Glad Grim is ok....and wishing you all the best health and happy times to be had❤❤❤
Real happy to see Grim on the mend must have been an awful worry to you both awaiting the news. He is a beautiful sweet dog full of life and he is defo in loving caring hands and he knows it. Love you guys till next time ❤
So glad Grim is going to be okay. I hope his healing continues to go well, and that he doesn't get seriously disgruntled when you've not cleaning his fluffy butt daily.
Grim is living his best life with 2 wonderful parents! The love and care you give your sweet boy is so lovely. Thanks for sharing his surgery journey!❤
I’m glad it was just a fatty tumor!!! My parents rescue senior dogs, and we see them all the time, but it’s always stressful until you find out if it’s benign or not. I’m so glad he’s doing well. 🥰
Thank you for stating that Grim was okay at the beginning of the video! My lil pup is my Family so.. I Love Grim & all animals. Dr Judy is a holistic vet on utube. She & most holistic vets support feeding raw for our Dogs immunity because processed foods have cooked out the nutrients. 🙏🙏🙏Blessing’s
Go Grim! So glad that he had such good results! Our princess, Cricket, also had surgery this past week to remove a benign fatty tumor from her side, so she's gotten a LOT of extra love and attention since she's been confined to limited movement with a 2-inch incision/sutures that needs to heal.
0 seconds ago I’m happy that Grim is recovering well from his surgery and that you guys decided not to film the day of surgery or the procedure. The focus was and should have been on Grim and the 3 of you. I wish you and Grim many more happy and healthy years together.
I live in a senior apartment building that allows pets. There are only 4 residents who have a dog and several who have a cat. I hear them talk about the high vet bills. Just last week, Senator Bernie Sanders, from New Hampshire said that if Biden, now Harris, gets into office they will start looking into two areas that are very expensive - one is dental, and the other is vets. What about human health insurance? It is better than it was but still expensive. I wish the government would pay for people to become Family Doctors / General Practitioners, and Vets.

Amen to this!
Maybe its stupid but I apreciate A LOT the fact that you clarified Grims issue in the title and did not fall into clickbait. Thank you ❤
Christoffer chatting easily about Grim made my heart smile. ♡
I loved that😊 Felt special that he was so open😊
Me too! I would have been like him!
Mine too! Best dog parents ❤
Same here!! ❤
I love that we can tell he’s relaxing and getting more comfortable talking in length on camera. I absolutely love to see their growth!! Such deserving humans♥️

Yeah...TH-cam Nation has already lost too many of our favorite doggos this year in Phil and Sherpa.
@@russs7574I’m still in bits about Sherpa 💔😭 I did not know Phil 😔 🐾 🌈
Who’s that?

The funniest thing is Christopher saying “ butthole”. Great job Mom and Dad
No worries Grim, you’re in good hands!! No worries Cecilia, you’re in good paws!! ❤
Such good dog parents! It's important to show the full spectrum of experiences with a pet. So glad Grim looks like he's on the mend and a happy camper.
I chuckled when you brought out his med and he got up and left the room! Sweet Grim.
PRAYING for Grim for complete healing ❤❤❤
I have so much respect for you not filming Grim around his surgery. You listened to your gut and went with it. That was very loving and protective
Watching Christoffer getting more comfy in front of the camera is delightful.
I met Grim yesterday and I was so happy to see him. I had no idea he wouent through this. Glad he is recovering well.
Heal quickly Grim. Christoffer I love that you talk to us more now.
For a nine year-old dog Grim is very active. Must be that fresh Svalbard air!
So glad the final pathology was negative! The fact that Grim came through just fine with the surgery and recovery is wonderful! Looking forward to the rest of Grim's summer adventures! Extra cuddles please for Grim from me!😊❤

Grim is so loved, and I'm glad it wasn't cancer.
We are sending our well wishes to you Grim! 🥺
Oh, sweet Grim ❤ It’s so scary when our furbabies are poorly in any way. I’m so pleased everything went smoothly with his surgery and recovery
I said “oh, sweet Grim” and the next comment was yours. 😂 That means Grim is going to be just fine. ❤
So glad little Grimm was cancer free. Expect more bumps, my little 15.5 year old Shorkie has many. She has them checked almost monthly.
A parents love knows no bound. Grim has the best life and best parents. So happy he's ok. Our fur babes are so precious to us.

Grim, such a good doggo 🐶. He didn't even complain when you did his post-op care 😊❤ What a great doggo patient ❤🐶
Grim is the best boy, standing there and allowing his wound to be cleaned. He’s always good, but, I’m impressed that he didn’t wiggle around. You and he were meant to be! ❤
So relieved to hear that Grim’s growth is not cancerous and he is healing so well 🥰🐾
❤ Grim. I don’t recall ever seeing or knowing any family member, human or canine that is better taken care of than Grim. He is truly one lucky boy.
Grimm is loving the extra attention 😂, but who wouldn’t. Heal well Grimm.
Grim is such a sweet and beautiful boy

Yes, veterinarian care has become astronomically expensive in the USA, certainly where I live in Connecticut. I’ve easily spent $15 grand on my 2 geriatric dogs in the past few years with ER care (kidneys and heart) and ongoing medications. And both pups are barely a quarter of the size of Grim. I’m trying to keep my remaining pup going as long as possible but this shall be it for me. No more dogs sadly. People won’t be able to afford to adopt rescues like I did 15 years ago. I’m so glad Grim is having a smooth recovery! My malamute had a similar surgery for a mammary growth and bounced back quickly. It’s amazing how resilient dogs are.
Also, your vet’s prices are amazing! That’s half of what we paid. 😳
I'm so glad you didn't film Grim's surgery! Thank goodness your beautiful boy is doing well!
Grim is just such a doll! Just the best! And you both are wonderful dog parents!
❤ praying for Grim!
So happy he’s okay! Beautiful Grim ❤️❤️
I'm so happy Grim is doing well. 😊
I’m so glad that Grim is OK! My cat had a growth in her hip and the vet removed it in May. Thankfully, it was benign and she’s recovering very well!
What wonderful Fur Parents you both are Grim is blessed to have you. I am so glad all is well ❤🐾
so the very first parents Grim had werent good !!!!
I'm so glad Grim is Ok and got a good report!!
Just watched this episode … and loved it so much. As a “pawrent” myself, i can understand the anxiety you must have gone through and also the sheer relief of receiving the good news from the pathology report. Hugs to Grimm. ❤️
