    Great tips!! I've been putting the lime in the pot and I couldn't figure out why it was bitter. Putting the lime + fish sauce AFTER in a bowl made a huge difference, and it tasted fresher. Thank you!

      I searched for this recipe after trying it at a Thai restaurant when I visited Bahrain, I wasn’t feeling too well that day, but after have a few spoonfuls of this soup I felt soo much better, I felt energised and well nourished. Today I’m back in England and feeling very unwell since it’s soo cold here in the winter…I remembered this soup and felt I needed another good dose of this to boost me up. Thank you for sharing 😘

    • @SpoonForkHeart
      @SpoonForkHeart  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I always add the ingredient in the "description box" below the video on TH-cam. Also, on the Spoon Fork Heart website, but it doesn't get updated as often as I would like it to. The cameraman's fault.

    Do you not use chili paste in the clear broth?

  • @saltlifegull4091

    Is this soup real spicy? I can't handle hot stuff. How about leaving out chillis?

    • @SpoonForkHeart
      @SpoonForkHeart  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Normally, it is a very spicy soup, yes. But you can leave the hot stuff out and it will still taste great. I often make a mild version for my mom because she can't eat too spicy.
