The best Thai food ever. When I was in Bangkok, for about a week, I ate Tom Yum with Pad thai and papaya salad in every meal except breakfast. I think I can live with that three combo alone for ten years. The best detox food there is.
Hello my dear, your new recipe is a famous soup on my Thai restaurant thanks for sharing this recipe here with us..many thanks and have a great weekend, greetings from Tom
6 Thai chili's .... my kinda soup... That is wonderful.... now where do I get lemon grass in Fort Worth Texas... ha... Awesome Siri I learn so much from watching this.... Yum!!! :)
+OldManCooking Hi Tom, yes six peppers. This soup is MUST be "hot and sour". In Ft. Worth, TX you can probably find lemongrass at any Asian grocery store.... try Van Tran Oriental Market on Beach St, or Nguyen Loi Oriental Supermarket on Belknap St.

The kafir lime leaves. Do you buy those at Lee Lee’s international market?
I have found them there before, but I usually get them from my backyard :-)
