Gsp interestingly enough is the best takedown artist in the sport. Most wrestlers got them from the cage, from clinch, grappling but GSP mixed it all so perfectly and did it so explosively. He was really an artist, not just a fighter.
He's so Canadian even when he's teaching other people, he tries to be gentle and not hurt them during training 😂
The best way to train. Focus on techinique, if your life depends on it use all your muscle.

When I was learning tkd, I did something similar when performing a side kick. You're facing forward, then when you lift your knee up to perform the high side kick, your opponent will likely thing you're aiming for the torso so they try to catch it which puts their guard down and the face fully exposed 😅
