Wow this is a really nice studio apartment layout- one of the best I’ve seen! It’s bigger than some one bed apartments in London. The balcony is gorgeous too! Really nice outside space! 😍
Hi! Everything looks veery nice and cozy! Amazing as for the studio! Even bath tube which is veeery rear as for studios in London! And so many storage.

I fell in love with your balcony OmG. I believe that all moderately comfortable apartments should have such a space, even if it's modest: a corner in which you can relax and enjoy the fresh air and where you can enjoy a pleasant conversation or a reading session. My balcony is more modest than that but I recently added a Flag Halyard Chair from Manhattan Home Design and transformed it into my new reading space. I love your decorating style, based on simplicity and practicality. Pretty elegant, tho. Thank you very much for sharing the tour!

House-wise, l too live in my capital & we have many of the stores you mentioned, such as Anthropologie.
I am 61 but have never lived in an apartment with such a highend bathroom or kitchen! My bathroom & kitchen look exactly as when built 43 yrs ago, with lower quality cabinetry, horrible flooring you'd put in an office building- not even cushion flooring- and l even am using the original stove/oven with ANALOG clock face!- Not even a hood fan. It's a 1-bedroom, walking distance to Parliament Hill, but is actually a bit smaller than yours, & not even half as much storage space and NO high-end finishings and NO updating in the unit since it's 1979 birthing!!
The plus is you can have Dogs here & since I can't care for one, l get to enjoy seeing them everyday anyways!👍🏻
If Noah was on the other side of my door waiting for me when l got home, l could handle living in a shoebox, lol- home is wherever Noah is!

Such a studio in London will probably be at least around 2000£ a month, just rent without bills. I am a professional and could barely afford to live on my own in London, on my limited budget. I could never afford to pay 2000£ just for the rent and I work full time (+overtime) in a high demanding job. My budget was around 1000£ a month for rent and that would only allow me to rent horrible filthy/mouldy/old/smelly....extremely tiny studios in London. Trust me, I have 10 years experience of renting in London and had to move 10 times due to horrible experiences. I had no luck with the landlords, they just wanted the money and didn’t care about the maintenance/mould. Sadly only rich people can afford such decent flats in London, not the average working class.

The Pothos plant is a water plant and thrives in humid places. The potted palm tree might need repotting. Water it when the top several inches of soil become dry applying until the water drains from the bottom holes. Also you should increase humidity by misting the palm tree with room temperature water several times weekly. If you have an AC unit and room temperature is too cold it can also affect the plant since it’s a tropical plant. Beautiful studio Apt.

Your plant might want repotting with right PH soil and some plant broth once a month! Overwateriing could lead to root damage or just lack of oxygen - mix some Vanis laundry detergent 1:10, but only do it once a month max.

That was charming. The coloful sofa is a good choice and l love the pink toaster and kettle. Plants are always a good addition as they ingest the carbon dioxide we exhale, keep the carbon to grow and put oxygen back in our air. Noah is so cute, and there re a lot of charming touches in the apartment that make it cosy and fun.
