    In this video we will be tiling our barrier free shower or more commonly known curbless shower. Once you learn how to tile a curbless shower pan you can add minimum of $1000 to your quote. We are seeing that curbless shower installation are the future of showers. Not only does it look amazing, but it is also very functional. Awesome video, beautiful work. One thing that helped me when removing clips in risky locations is grasp the clip with a pair of vise grips semi tight then gently tap the clip with a rubber mallet. Thank you again!

    This is top notch work, man.
    The clown 'master' tilers in my city would never be able to do this. They don't even use a rasp to finish cut edges - they use a grinder at best.

    Hello mate just to start off you are great guy very professional have the right tools for the job and i love your content here and on tiktok and this job is just perfect
    I do tiling with my father in law and i have a tip for you if you care to listen
    When doing the cuts from the drainage towards the corner of the tile don’t do the cut on the tip of tile corners end I suggest going a little bit off to the right or a little bit maybe 1 cm to the left depending where will you be installing the tile
    We do this so when you tile the wall you don’t cover that perfect corner if it makes any sense try it yourself
    Because with the way you have done it once you put or install the wall tiles you will the cut of those corners is gonna be off a little bit because the wall tile have covered
    If interested check and let me know
    You have a good one champ
    And hope you best of luck

    It`s the best tutorial! Can you tell whether we have to maintain a gap around the square waste or fit tiles as close as it`s possible, please? Should we use a grout compound or a silicone for filling gap in between the drain and tiles? Also, I can`t understand how to use tile levelling system, because it`s designed for flat surfaces, but the shower floor has four sides fall... Can we avoid this, or use a sticky tape instead? Thank you

    • @mattjudy6780
      @mattjudy6780 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      If you use schluter, you can do any drain placement with a curb less entry. There are videos on youtube explaining how to drop the shower floor to meet the rest of the bathroom floor. Schluter has a youtube page that should have it.

      @@mattjudy6780 thanks man. I was actually playing around with some details and what it looks like I going to do because my tray is 1 1/4” thick, I’m going to use the schluter ramp, which is also 1 1/4” and terminates flush with the schluter heat. I’m going to be installing and drip dry drain at the base of the ramp as it will be the towel areas. I’m a plumber by trade, so the extra drain was going in anyway lol

    Crick or American wood levels have much tighter bubbles to the lines full stop
