No duplicate weapons
1. LCS/LCA/LCD/fasan counted as same
2. LRA/LRB counted as same
Maximum of 2 missile lock weapons
BANS
No burzel
No little gem/xuan ge/majestic/iridium
No javelin missile
1 build per player

Looking forward for this, even if I can't participate personally.
Just wondering though, why is the jvln beta banned? It's pretty good for sure, but I've never seen it as problematic
We found with the frame restrictions it was exceeding punishing, and hard to predict/play around outside of just ABing away as soon as it's let loose.
if LCS and LCD count as one weapone, viento and coquillet should be counted as one as well.
We considered grouping viento+coq+Duckett+sampu into one category but didn't want to go overboard on restrictions. We hit lasers with the limit because with out it you can run ocellus and roll all 4 triggers and kill them with button mashing lol. Vientos and coq have rythym and spacing that can be played good or bad and the enemy can read the rhythm and counterplay so we decided to leave them in.

Yeah man we did testing and we found on the light frames the javelin was really unpredictable and the only reliable counterplay was to AB past it when it came out. We don't think that makes for skillful matches nor is it get fun to watch so we just removed it.
The jvln betas can also be dodged by back-pedaling about 200m.
Demn it! This would be very fun, but the build Im using has two truenos so it won't do :(

@@W1Robur I tried lol. I'm not really sure what else to replace the second trueno for a stagger punish with the same range. Besides that, it's really just the aesthetics, nothing else in the game can compare the elegance of the dual truenos imo

Makes builds more interesting and filters out a lot of stuff that is too strong when running 2
Does running moonlight / redshift count as duplicate? I'd love to join this tournament, but the only build I use is a dual moonlight build
