      I have sciatic was taking medication for it now.My Pinky toe is numbed.How can I relieve that pain out. Please need some help

    Just started watching your videos today. Hopefully it will help my sciatic. Nerve problem and lower was diagnosed with d. DA couple years ago and just now it's really starting to bother me and my sciatic nerve which I never had a problem with but I do now. Thank you for all your information. I'll continue to watch your videos.

    I tried another exercise from another doctor. Standing upright and holding on to a pole, I elevate the good leg, then swing the bad leg back and forth, then raise to 90 degrees, its helped to loosen the piriformis muscles. Thanks

      They may be okay. It's always wise to get checked by your doctor or therapist to see which exercises are appropriate for you.

    Hi...I'm a 48 year old male, reasonably fit, working out everyday for the last 30 years. About 80% of my workout is body weight ( pull up, push up, running, shadow bowling, stretching etc) & 20% is light / medium weights.
    I play active cricket.
    In October last year, while doing a dorsiflexion stretch in lying down posture, I got pain symptoms of sciatica ( due to a disc bulge). Terrible pain lasted for about 7-8 days & after that it's negligible. I'm doing the McGill big 3 for last 8 months but a certain part of my left leg - near the outer calf muscle, still feels lightly numb. Sensory perceptions are 100% all right even there ( as per tests) but that numbness / rubbery kind of feeling persists. I am a left arm fast bowler in cricket & wish to continue with the game without debilitating perils to my back. Is that possible ?

      I had a similar sensation sometimes in the gym in my right leg. Just a funny sensation. After a period of time I think I abused my body a bit too much to loose weight and developed a l4 l5 right protrusion with sciatica. So I would tell you be very careful so don’t push your limits.

    Doing the first hamstring stretch recreate the pain in the perineal muscles, my original pain. What may be the cause

    Hello doctor I am in Houston TX I wish I can visit your office I have issues with c5 c6 spine I had lots of pain in my right arm down to my hand it went away them I had a stroke and then next year I had another stroke can this be cause by. the c5 bulges and I am a diabetic and I work as monitor tech looking up at monitors for 12hrs a day for years

    Last exercise at 6.00 can be done moving the head up at the same time as the feet.
