My words are quiet, healing and trust. I need to sit and just be quiet, I need to continue my journey of healing my body soul and mind, from years of dealing with 30 years of being in "fight or flight" mode that lead to severe anxiety. Trust, to trust God more and lean on God everyday.
You speak life amd peace into my day. Thank you so much, Sister in Christ! ❤ Be blessed with His Shalom and know, you are loved and apppreciated so much by heart! I loom😢forward unto the day, on which we meet in His presence. Until now I don't have words or Verses for the year... But a prayer: "Lead me home", for I am moving, searching for a rental flat as a place to dwell, to "build my house in wisdom and fear of the Lord".
The word God gave me for this year is Blessing. I've been going through a really really hard time the last few years. My word for last year was Trust, and it was definitely something I wrestled with all year long, but the Lord just kept showing up and showing me that I could trust Him. Even when life felt so hard. He continued to guide me and sustain me and help me even when I couldn't on my own. And He ended the year by having me read Daniel. And Daniel 3:18 has been stuck in my head ever since. Even if..... Our God has the power to save us from our enemies, but even if He doesn't He is still worthy of our worship, praise, and love. Even if. The Lord is showing me that THIS is what true faith is and that THIS is what He has been teaching me all year long.
My word for 2025 is "small". The world says bigger is better, but I want to focus on seeing God in the small moments of everyday life, tending to and caring for my small corner of the world (my family/home and friendships), doing small acts of kindness and grace, and living small/slowly.
The words I got thusfar is Surrender and Discipline, I believe I may of gotten a few more but I have to pray about them for confirmation, but these two I know are for sure. I pray everyone receives guidance and, encouragement, and answers as the year progresses!
My word for the year is Healing! I trust the Lord will heal my inner body. Lost weight this past year but not feeling healthy inside. Praying for strength to eat the healing foods my body needs. Love your inspirational words.
My word for several years has been perseverance. I still choose this word however this year i am adding the words boldness and courage. I've always struggled w fear so i'm praying for perfect love.
My word is GENTLE. My memory verses corresponding with Gentle are Proverbs 15:1 and 1Peter 3:4. I love to anchor my word in Scripture! Thank you, Lea, for another wonderful video!❤
My words are dependence (on God), intentional, stillness / calmness. Lea I am so grateful to have found your videos. They are very helpful and I have shared with other women. Thank you! 😊
Hi Lea my word of this year is WHOLESOME and It's the same as last year. The Lord showed me how last year He started to lay the foundation to become WHOLESOME. This year is a year to build upon this foundation. I wrote down a word for each month. These words all align with WHOLESOME. For January It's Intentional. Thank you for sharing you journey.
My words are healing, be real, and stillness/ silence. Some time this year I will be undergoing a second hernia repair surgery and will be recovering from that. I will be praying for God to reveal ways to get my body ready for this surgery and to guide me through the recovery process. The second one is real. It has to do with discovery exactly who I really am and living with complete intention. The third one has to do with having some quality quiet time with God. I feel He is trying to draw me closer to Him. I need to be more attentive and lovingly be in those moments
This was such fuel for my soul, thank you! I haven’t thought much of a word for the year - but words that come to mind are ‘Diligence’, ‘Fruitfulness’, ‘Sowing’. I feel like I’m in a season where there is fertile, blessed ground that the Lord has prepared for my work, and I simply need to apply my hand with diligence and fortitude!
Thanks sister :) Just yesterday I had a low point, feeling so overwhelmed. The word that kept coming to me was "uncertain". So your words tie in very well with what had been on my mind. My 3 words are: 1. Open (to God's will and ways) 2. Light (as opposed to heavy/burdened) 3. Confident (in God's principles and promises)
This year my words of intention are: Trust, Identity & Quiet. Sadly I’ve put him as my last line of defense instead of 1st, trying to figure out things in my own understanding. I need to reprogram my thoughts of who I think I am vs who he says I am and get back to intentionally making quiet time to commune with Him, I can’t expect to hear from him if I can’t slow down and get quiet.
I haven't chosen any words. I do love your words a lot. Very nice. I want to improve in my prayer life this year. Very cool about what you plan to do with a new channel too.
My words are forgiveness, trusting, and embrace. I am learning to forgive the person who sabotage my business because they couldn't stand that my husband and I are Christian. For 7 years they did this. The first thing I did this year is pray for them and asking God to help heal my heart to forgive them for what they done. I am learning to trust God more that is used to. And embrace a new year and that it will be a blessed year because I am trusting my heart to open up more and more to God to help me this year overcome and defeat everything negative that has happened. God has a reason for everything and I am thankful I have Him.
My words are Dwell and Focus. I believe God called me to Dwell at His feet. I am reading the Old Testament, which is a section of the Bible I didn't really feel like reading. God gave me the word Focus, as I found myself easily distracted last year. Thank you for sharing this video. I appreciate your insight. I purchased both of your books and plan to work through them this year.
Peace, Faith and Love….I not only want this for me but for all humanity! 🤗 If we build on these things and look for our Lord and Savior to guide us then we all could live in perfect harmony. We have to start with ourselves and our family. ❤ I so look forward to your messages. As soon as I get a notification that your video is starting I rush to finish what I’m doing, pour me a cup of hot ☕️ tea and land in my cozy recliner to watch. Thank you so much for your guidance! 😊
@ I lost my husband of 42 years in June after a four year health battle. So I neglected my own healing to take care of him. So I have a lot of healing…..physical, grief, emotional, etc. I need to learn to not be half of a united pair. I will work on peace and patience with myself and others. And I cannot do these without the Lord’s help
My words are Home, Sanctuary, Commitment. Col 3:1 was my inspiration. Therefore since you have been raised up with Christ keep seeking the things above where Christ is seated at the right hand of God. Where Christ is, is my home, my sanctuary, and I am wanting to be fully committed to Him and His will for me. Thanks for sharing. It was very encouraging and helpful. I filled my journal with notes.
A few years back I chose a sentence "Be creative with what I have" This was much better than "Don't buy anything for a year" I was miserable. I don't even think God appreciated it. This year 1 word "calm" I've found myself anxious a lot, I'm learning more Bible verses to feel the calm of Jesus. ❤ I think I can do this 🙏
DO - stop thinking, worrying, and overanalyzing and just take some action DELIGHT - using this word as a verb-state. I’m writing down 3 delights of every day. DEVOTE - time to give up every last thing that tries to separate me and my family from Christ. I am His. He is mine.
just curious... what is the difference between what you are saying and creating something like a vision board? (which is like word/faith heresy). Can you make a distinction? Because I don't think that is what you are suggesting. Also, do you think it's ever God's will/intent for a person to not heal? in that the dependence we gain by having our weakness with us, versus achieving optimal physical health, makes us rely on Him? I mean Betsy ten Boom didn't "heal" while suffering in concentration camp, she just kept getting weaker, but somehow she didn't really fight that reality. She just sought to make Christ known to whomever she was with and love those around her at all times. Can God still USE sickness and infirmity for His will? and how do we know when to seek healing and when to accept not healing?
@@LittleHouseOnTheMountain I know they are some hefty questions! But I know you think deeply about the big questions, and I always appreciate your insights.
In my opinion, I didn’t hear Lea talking about anything similar to a vision board, which can be seen by some as an attempt at “manifesting.” Rather, these words are focal points to what the Lord is already speaking to you about. And letting that be an area of growth where you walk it out with the Father. I love how she said this is a process, not to make us more worthy to come to Him, but it’s more of a process where you walk hand-in-hand with Him, allowing His spirit to grow in you. And in answer to your other wonderful question, His perfect will is accomplished in us, whether or not there is healing, as long as our eyes are on the Father. Just like with Betsy ten Boom. She is such a great example!
To know God Himself, Intentionally and JOY I lost my dad and brother 33 days apart, 7 months ago. I kept a lie from the devil in my heart and my grief become so unhealthy. We have to be intentional when resisting the enemy. It isn't enough to ignore the lie. Knowing God more and more by reading His Word and talking with Him helps tremendously. Keeping your Joy is essential in all areas of life. The devil tried to steal it but I got it back!! ❤🎉
I shall have to pray about it more, but "gentle" "courage" and "trust" are the ones that came to me. I'm learning to develop a quiet and gentle spirit as a godly woman, battling my anxiety and a spirit of fear focusing on strengthening my deep, daily trust in Yah. It's also a season of patience, of waiting and of changes and so courage is vital to confidently make choices that praise the Father and will direct properly my 30s - that just began.
I have 3 words for 2025: *”Longevity” for my health goals -maintaining my health. *”Tranquility” for my personal goals- increasing time for rest, peace & rejuvenation. *”Significance” for my spiritual growth goal- focusing on significance by God’s definition and not what the world terms as success.

She just sought to make Christ known to whomever she was with and love those around her at all times. Can God still USE sickness and infirmity for His will? and how do we know when to seek healing and when to accept not healing?
That's some hefty loaded questions that I can't answer quickly, but I'll circle back to this to answer if I can find the time.
To know God Himself, Intentionally and JOY
I lost my dad and brother 33 days apart, 7 months ago. ❤🎉
The Lord Who Restores! ❤❤❤
My Word of the Year: PEACE! (Screamed at the top of my lungs at all of these people in the world trying to start WW3.)
That peace that surpasses ALL understanding
Quiet Spirit
Peace Surrender Trust
I shall have to pray about it more, but "gentle" "courage" and "trust" are the ones that came to me. I'm learning to develop a quiet and gentle spirit as a godly woman, battling my anxiety and a spirit of fear focusing on strengthening my deep, daily trust in Yah. It's also a season of patience, of waiting and of changes and so courage is vital to confidently make choices that praise the Father and will direct properly my 30s - that just began.
Beautiful goals ❤

I have 3 words for 2025:
*”Longevity” for my health goals -maintaining my health.
*”Tranquility” for my personal goals- increasing time for rest, peace & rejuvenation.
*”Significance” for my spiritual growth goal- focusing on significance by God’s definition and not what the world terms as success.
