The photos of it don't do it justice, the boke and colour look so much better in person aye - the other two colours where a bit off. Nearly went with the Marlin 8 too, that was nice!
Scott is faster but marlin 7 gen 3 is smoother and will look more pretty, i have the marlin 7 gen 3 grey and is so awesome looking, and tbh trek > scott I upgraded from 28T to 34T btw DEORE M5100 175mm 34T from aliexpress and It flies. stock marlin 7 gen 3 is way slower than the scott you mention with has 36T
Mine came with Maxis Tires and Tektro brakes instead of Shimano M200. I turned it down because of the different specs than the ones advertised. Such a shame because other than that, is a nice bike.

im new to this bike stuff so this have stock 2.4 tire can i put 2.3 maxxis minion on this wheel ?
you can put a 2 if you want 2.4 is the max obviously you will fit anything below
