- Finally I started working on the Barn. It's not an easy task because the construction is around 100 years old. Soon it will be a RUSTIC garage, where I will restore a VW golf MK1.

do you have a method to strengthen the brick wall?
From the otherside I mounted wood planks in between the wood beams. This way it cant colapse. I used expandable foam to fill in the cracks between the beams and the bricks. Now it's solid. The walls don't have any structural importance, they are just filler between the wooden structure.

I don't think you're normal: why you do not shorten your moustache?! You like taste of food with hair? That's NOT normal!
Also I propose you put layer of breakstone over sand, and only then concrete slabs. Because afraid they may skew.
