Cable helps to prevent fire from high ampere and voltage supply.
so we use high power cables in these project.
Warning- If your Mobile not support Fast charge then dont use high current. Use charger given with mobile only.

4) 1SQMM Wire Yellow and Black...1.5meter each

If the error is 1.8 then 1.8 is zero and you have to subtract that value from the volts displayed on the meter, not add. I am sure with an adequate power supply with the guage wires he is using he could get higher readings.
Its not 1.8 , actually its a (-1.8) like (-1.8,-1,0,1,2,3,3.2)=5 simple math addition is correct..
Ok, had to watch it again. I didn't see the negative sign on the meter (watching it on my phone). Then I retract my statement and you are correct. Like how I just admitted my error and didn't just pull out a sharpie and try to change reality? 😅

It's only USB cable handle 8-10A current.. power deliver as per your power supply or adopter... you can use high current adoptor like 5A etc.
For fast charging we should use 24awg cable

12v×2.5 A =30W fast charger then inside mobile has buck converter which increase Current and decrease voltage
Like 4.4V 5A+ approx.then wire has only transfer 2.5A max current but battery get 5A+ current for fast charging
It difficult to transfer higher current from charger to mobile through wire so buck converter type feedback system used.
In these video only wire was made not charger so charger can easily deside how much voltage and current can transfer with communication ic between mobile and fast charger
You can use two USB ports but output is only 5V 2Amp max means 10W max
@@hpdiyprojects oh I see so it is dependent on the voltage. And if I put 2 USB in serial it will only 10 v not 12v. I was hoping to get more our of the solar panel which offer 2x 5v 2a. Thanks

Yes, 100mA to 10Amp you can use at 5V or 9V and for 12v it sustained upto 7Amp current

No it requires fast charger the wire only offered fast charge to travel from charger to mobile without heating upto 11Amp current you can transfer.
Wait a minute..... USB-A can handle 11 amps? Maybe too much for Micro USB
this may sound stupid, but can I use this cable with my adapter that only supports upto 2A only?

Actually I make cable which capable to deliver 9A current. Charger dilever upto 9A then only these cable deliver 9A max without over heat...

But MicroUsb can only handle up to 3A (60W)

Use type C instead of micro USB
Micro USB can also handle upto 4-5Amp but it's temperature increases continuously so its risky.
Rated current 3A but 4-5A is higher possible current transfer.

No, some fast charge power bank usb doesn't give us data transfer capable usb cable with package... so its not necessary...

Can a pure copper wire with big size of length used for this process ?i mean if we buy a good copper wire only without upper cover and then we cover it then we make it like you made ,will this work?can i have your WhatsApp number to show you pictures of what I’m expecting?
Yes you can use copper wire instead of companys wire
