I had an unfortunate announcement in my new season. My entire pit crew numbers went back to the low 60s. Why did this happen. The announcement was because some pit crew left?? Where did they go? I was building them up for 3 seasons and the game decides to take them away..
I honestly believe this game uses “rubberbanding” season 3 I finished 3rd in the constructors championship. (Aston Martin) season 4 starts and my team absolutely sucks. I think the games rubberbanding pulled me back. Along with killing off my pit crew…I finish 10 if I am lucky

I'm not sure. My season is so mixed up now I'm 5 in. Things seem pretty ok for me.
