This programme has really helped me focus on “progress not perfection”. I have struggled with body image issues for a long time and these videos really help me to focus more on being strong and healthy and not so much constantly checking the scale and the mirror. I feel stronger and more positive and I feel proud of myself with how far I’ve come even from day 1 of the epic programme to the finale! I’m knocking on the door of my 65th year. I’ve always liked working out with weights but never could find anyone credible enough to make me have confidence in or want to continue their program. That ended when I “met” you Caroline. You have inspired and motivated me more than any trainer or workout program out there. I cannot tell you enough how much I appreciate the time you took to put all your videos together - especially this Epic series. I am beyond thrilled that you are doing Part 2. Keep up the good work and know that you are appreciated tremendously by so many people. And I truly do appreciate this community also. I too have laughed and commiserated with so many of your comments and experiences. And might I also add that I’m tickled pink that I get to purchase EPIC merchandise. I always yelled “I’m ÉPIC!” at the end of each session - usually from flat on the floor so I feel this is a great reward for me. agreed! i like shorter workouts (20-40 mins). i feel like i can push myself harder. in an hour long workout, i get unmotivated and just don’t give it my all
I do agree. 50 minutes per session becomes long sometimes and being focus implies difficulties. I miss EMOM, cardio, and sessions as the 50th. Even though Iam really hooked on Caroline's Epic method.

Caroline you read my mind. I already started picking my favourite epics to create weekly workouts but of course I will follow your suggestion. I love the repetitive programs cause I feel I get better results as that particular muscle group is under intension for longer. More Complex style please. My best friend and I just did day 15 yesterday. She lives in BC Canada, and I live in Nevada, USA, so we work out together over FaceTime. I'm going to replace Sundays hitt/tabata with kettlebells as I too love them....the great thing about epic is Caroline has done the whole programme which can be done with a mat and a pair of dumbbells which most people can access....
Agreed. I was experiencing hip pain and it turns out it was caused by weak glutes. All better now after focusing on this area a little more, but I've been combing through Caroline's channel for glutes workouts.
I do her short glutes workouts with bands when I want more burn after a workout and love them and yes will be nice if we get more of glutes and outer and inner thighs.

Thank you Caroline. I found you in June and was instantly hooked on your style, energy & strength. I haven’t looked back. The Epic programme provided a great weekly format that I loved and I was excited to see how I would progress. I haven’t been disappointed. I feel and look stronger both mentally and physically. My children see me exercise, becoming fitter and stronger. I love that they see this as the daily norm. I am so excited with your future plans and to continue on this journey. For me, the technique sessions are very appealing. Although my core is strengthening, it still needs some work (diastasis recti and umbilical hernia). I am very keen to practice and maintain form or complete alternative exercises where required so any tips in that sense would be great. I would also like to see some short HIIT sessions to add on to Epic sessions. Thanks again for all that you continue to do 🙏 you are Epic 💪🏻💯

Caroline you're the best really like the compound effects of your workouts it's probably the most effective workout I've had beyond any results a gym could offer or even a personal trainer. The progressive stages per each class are show in the results and even if I can't do all of them cause knee injury I find a way to modify and still keep up. So happy I also like that few seconds of prep and lead time you give us to prepare for the next move its so helpful. Midway through I broke through my metabolism plateau (finally) and the compound muscle build without excessive jumping has really help me rebuild a good solid foundation for the next one. Soooo happy. I can't wait for the next Epic, I'm a few classes away from completing so will most likely do two a day , I find I sleep better if I do your classes at night, too. I'm down about 9lbs wow and no gym this is amazing. The areas I hope we can also develop is the lower back muscles and right behind the bra strap lol area alongside. Not sure what muscle group that would be. I'm sure we hit that area in the entire progress but if you were to have any openings for a new wish list that would be mine :-) Overall your workouts are 5 stars all the way, will be def getting my merch very soon, after I drop another size thank you thank you thank you!!!!!! xoxo

I rarely comment on TH-cam but I wanted to say a sincere THANK YOU, Caroline. I have not yet finished the epic program (attacking day 36 tomorrow) but I am grateful for all the hard work you put in this program. It has pushed my limits and shown me routines that I would never dare to try on my own. I’ve been seriously into fitness for 4 years now but my nutrition is a complete mess. I love love ❤️ your epic program which includes every single muscle of your body to work. I know most everything about how to eat to stay fit and gain lean muscles but I can’t get rid of sweet unhealthy food which messes up my progress
I think she does mention in a Q&A that she doesn't track macros or do anything special with her diet. I have the same problem as you, nutrition holds me back! It's such a psychological thing. I could write out a perfectly balanced meal plan, but following it is a whole different story 😅

Caroline you are so charming, positive and realistic. I have thoroughly enjoyed all the epic workouts. I started with 4 kg dumbbells each and ended with 10kgs. I just can’t believe how strong i have gotten through out the 10 weeks. I lost 4 kgs, lost inches all over the body. I sleep better, my resting heart rate is close to 60 now. I can’t thank you enough. I actually fell in love with fitness. Not only aesthetically but also mentally, what it does for my overall health. Looking forward to what you have for us.
My wife and I are well into the Epic program and love your workouts. She has knee issues and is strengthening them nicely with the lunges and squats. The exercises are easy to modify safely as well. We are both turning 60 next year and our goal has been to get in better shape and with your help we are well on the way. Your workouts are amazing and we have recommended them to all our friends. Just FYI, a 18 was one of my favorite days of the whole program. I've done the work out three times because I liked it so much. I also liked the days that had the dynamic and isometric hold
So look forward to the shorter workouts, I work 4 days a week and its difficult to do 50 min to 1 hour workouts. I'm not quite done with the 10 week program but working on it. I do agree. 50 minutes per session becomes long sometimes and being focus implies difficulties. I miss EMOM, cardio, and sessions as the 50th.

Caroline you read my mind. I already started picking my favourite epics to create weekly workouts but of course I will follow your suggestion. I love the repetitive programs cause I feel I get better results as that particular muscle group is under intension for longer. More Complex style please. I love them even when I feel like I'm about to drop if I do one more rep and then I actually do it. Love you. Stay gorgeous and confident Caroline.

I’ve lost my grandpa last week and i felt terrible and I’ve stopped the program for a week... today I’ve come back to it and after I finished it I almost cried... thanks for being out there helping dozens of people... make them feel good and released...❤️❤️❤️

My best friend and I just did day 15 yesterday. She lives in BC Canada, and I live in Nevada, USA, so we work out together over FaceTime. Thank you for the motivation, fun, and always challenging workouts! Neither of us love working out, but we are enjoying the program so much that it’s often the highlight of our days. 😊

I'm going to replace Sundays hitt/tabata with kettlebells as I too love them....the great thing about epic is Caroline has done the whole programme which can be done with a mat and a pair of dumbbells which most people can access....

Agreed. I was experiencing hip pain and it turns out it was caused by weak glutes. All better now after focusing on this area a little more, but I've been combing through Caroline's channel for glutes workouts.

I do her short glutes workouts with bands when I want more burn after a workout and love them and yes will be nice if we get more of glutes and outer and inner thighs.

Thank you Caroline. I found you in June and was instantly hooked on your style, energy & strength. I haven’t looked back.
The Epic programme provided a great weekly format that I loved and I was excited to see how I would progress. I haven’t been disappointed. I feel and look stronger both mentally and physically. My children see me exercise, becoming fitter and stronger. I love that they see this as the daily norm.
I am so excited with your future plans and to continue on this journey.
For me, the technique sessions are very appealing. Although my core is strengthening, it still needs some work (diastasis recti and umbilical hernia). I am very keen to practice and maintain form or complete alternative exercises where required so any tips in that sense would be great.
I would also like to see some short HIIT sessions to add on to Epic sessions.

Caroline you're the best really like the compound effects of your workouts it's probably the most effective workout I've had beyond any results a gym could offer or even a personal trainer. The progressive stages per each class are show in the results and even if I can't do all of them cause knee injury I find a way to modify and still keep up. So happy I also like that few seconds of prep and lead time you give us to prepare for the next move its so helpful. Midway through I broke through my metabolism plateau (finally) and the compound muscle build without excessive jumping has really help me rebuild a good solid foundation for the next one. Soooo happy. I can't wait for the next Epic, I'm a few classes away from completing so will most likely do two a day , I find I sleep better if I do your classes at night, too. I'm down about 9lbs wow and no gym this is amazing. The areas I hope we can also develop is the lower back muscles and right behind the bra strap lol area alongside. Not sure what muscle group that would be. I'm sure we hit that area in the entire progress but if you were to have any openings for a new wish list that would be mine :-) Overall your workouts are 5 stars all the way, will be def getting my merch very soon, after I drop another size thank you thank you thank you!!!!!! xoxo

I have not yet finished the epic program (attacking day 36 tomorrow) but I am grateful for all the hard work you put in this program. It has pushed my limits and shown me routines that I would never dare to try on my own. Working out with you has become part of my daily routine (6 AM before work) and I can’t wait for the new challenges ahead.
I look forward to completing the program and earning an “Epic finisher” hoodie. It’s great to have a way to show gratitude and give back for all the amazing content you provide for free!

I’ve been seriously into fitness for 4 years now but my nutrition is a complete mess. I love love ❤️ your epic program which includes every single muscle of your body to work. It teaches power, strength and agility. Thank you, Caroline for your awesome videos ❤️❤️❤️. I’d like to see your daily nutrition. I know most everything about how to eat to stay fit and gain lean muscles but I can’t get rid of sweet unhealthy food which messes up my progress
I think she does mention in a Q&A that she doesn't track macros or do anything special with her diet. I have the same problem as you, nutrition holds me back! It's such a psychological thing. I could write out a perfectly balanced meal plan, but following it is a whole different story 😅

Caroline you are so charming, positive and realistic. I have thoroughly enjoyed all the epic workouts. I started with 4 kg dumbbells each and ended with 10kgs. I just can’t believe how strong i have gotten through out the 10 weeks. I lost 4 kgs, lost inches all over the body. I sleep better, my resting heart rate is close to 60 now. I can’t thank you enough. I actually fell in love with fitness. Not only aesthetically but also mentally, what it does for my overall health. Looking forward to what you have for us.

My wife and I are well into the Epic program and love your workouts. She has knee issues and is strengthening them nicely with the lunges and squats. The exercises are easy to modify safely as well. Just FYI, a 18 was one of my favorite days of the whole program. I've done the work out three times because I liked it so much. I also liked the days that had the dynamic and isometric hold
So look forward to the shorter workouts, I work 4 days a week and its difficult to do 50 min to 1 hour workouts. I'm not quite done with the 10 week program but working on it. I jist love your energy and I am so grateful that I accidentally came across you on TH-cam. You are AMAZING! I would love to have you as a personal trainer, in person. Love 💘
