Which workout have you been doing? I think that some men have issues with their own body image or low self worth because they don’t have a lot of muscles. A guy said to me that I just can do pull ups because i am thin. That was mean because I put a lot of effort in learning this skill.
Me too, I used to have personal trainer and the gym closed bc of covid so I started doing TH-cam home workout. My SO has always been... for lack of a better word, skeptical about the trainers/influencers. He only has respect for Caroline and thinks she's legit and no nonsense.
There are very few fitness professionals that I follow, such as Massy Arias, Jillian Michaels, Kaisa fitness, Mr and Mrs Muscle, and these individuals have been doing fitness for a long time and I just started following CG because like the professionals listed above she's knowledgeable and her workouts are challenging and that's important!😊 There are so many fitness influencers on YT who really don't know what they are talking about regarding fitness.🙄🤨😒

Honestly she is the best fitness guru out there because she keeps it real and straight forward with honest information. She’s not another insta girl posting “gEt A bIgGeR bUtT iN tHrEe DaYs” or the false advertising from male wanna be gurus that really don’t share in depth workouts, or they can’t post a video without a thousand ads. When I discovered Caroline and saw how incredibly strong and built she is I knew straight away she was the trainer I needed. I had been following Chloe Ting, and I don’t want to throw shade because Chloe’s workouts are fine for moderate training. But I just wasn’t seeing results despite my best efforts. Caroline is easy to follow, I find myself getting my form better, and I feel it the next day. Not to mention the great results followed with a simple clean diet plan. Thanks to her I have more endurance on my long hikes as well. I’m hoping to also get a new indoor bike that I can incorporate into my daily Epic workouts that Caroline shares with us. She also has a great personality and a very professional approach to what she does. No fakeness, no false claims or promises. And unlike a lot of workout videos it doesn’t feel repetitive! That’s what really sets her channel apart. I hate doing the same moves over nonstop, Caroline changes it up and keeps it interesting! The workouts are not a drag by any means. They’re fun and intense and I enjoy them

I haven't found a trainer that was more relatable than Caroline. She doesn't take any wierd supplements and she is sooo realistic with her training and opinions
I diet, resistance train, and do your workouts Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. I have lost over 20 pounds in the last 2 and half months. I usually do 3 of your 15-20 minute workouts and I have burned up to 700-900 calories. From the bottom of my heart, thank you! Had not realised you started your channel because of Covid, found you as looking for exercise routines online. You are truly inspirational, this is from an acute medicine physician and a previously qualified personal trainer and aerobics instructor. Women, train...show your daughters that food is a friend not the enemy, as long as you are exercising. I eat in the same way as Caroline too. Here’s what I changed to get rid of my flabby thighs/skinny fat... A subscriber on another channel suggested I try intermittent fasting 18/6 to get rid of the pear shape. It has totally worked along with consistent training and adding weights my lower body is looking the best it’s ever looked. I’m amazed. Wow, the difference in my body is epic. I’m so much stronger, fitter, my stamina and endurance and running has improved ten fold, thanks to Caroline. One thing, I have become scared to not train and I’ve had to give myself a talking to. I love Caroline’s workouts. Nice to meet you Caroline! Take care, keep at it friends. You will achieve your goals, be patient and don’t be hard on yourself. Love and thanks to Caroline.

True, but tracking isn't that difficult with smartphones and bar code scanning. It used to be wayyyy harder before smartphones, and lots of people did it even then
My new Covid body is thanks to you! I'm 58 and have struggled with my weight all of my life even though I've always worked out. The intense leg segments of the dumbbell workouts have been a game-changer for me. My metabolism has increased with the increased leg and glute muscles and my shoulders have changed shape from rounded to more square (purse straps no longer fall off my shoulder). I walk and ride my bike for cardio and do your workouts at least 3 or 4x/week. PS: I had a feeling that was an Irish accent.
I’m 68 years-old and have been following you for about a month. I struggle with push-ups so, the variations you suggested help. I am so glad that I discovered Caroline's workouts. I have been on strength training from different trainers on TH-cam since my shin splint injury last year during summer that kept me from running for a few weeks but since I discovered Caroline's online workouts this year, I definitely can see the changes throughout my body. Lost 11 Lbs and my body is getting stronger every day. I am combining her workouts with my weekly runs and love the fact that due to combining cardio with strength training, my running has also improved. I absolutely love Caroline and thanks to her I am feeling more epic every day!

Honestly she is the best fitness guru out there because she keeps it real and straight forward with honest information. She’s not another insta girl posting “gEt A bIgGeR bUtT iN tHrEe DaYs” or the false advertising from male wanna be gurus that really don’t share in depth workouts, or they can’t post a video without a thousand ads. When I discovered Caroline and saw how incredibly strong and built she is I knew straight away she was the trainer I needed. I had been following Chloe Ting, and I don’t want to throw shade because Chloe’s workouts are fine for moderate training. But I just wasn’t seeing results despite my best efforts. Caroline is easy to follow, I find myself getting my form better, and I feel it the next day. Not to mention the great results followed with a simple clean diet plan. Thanks to her I have more endurance on my long hikes as well. I’m hoping to also get a new indoor bike that I can incorporate into my daily Epic workouts that Caroline shares with us. She also has a great personality and a very professional approach to what she does. No fakeness, no false claims or promises. And unlike a lot of workout videos it doesn’t feel repetitive! That’s what really sets her channel apart. I hate doing the same moves over nonstop, Caroline changes it up and keeps it interesting! The workouts are not a drag by any means. They’re fun and intense and I enjoy them

I diet, resistance train, and do your workouts Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. I have lost over 20 pounds in the last 2 and half months. I usually do 3 of your 15-20 minute workouts and I have burned up to 700-900 calories. From the bottom of my heart, thank you! Women, train...show your daughters that food is a friend not the enemy, as long as you are exercising. I eat in the same way as Caroline too. Here’s what I changed to get rid of my flabby thighs/skinny fat... A subscriber on another channel suggested I try intermittent fasting 18/6 to get rid of the pear shape. It has totally worked along with consistent training and adding weights my lower body is looking the best it’s ever looked. I’m amazed. Wow, the difference in my body is epic. I’m so much stronger, fitter, my stamina and endurance and running has improved ten fold, thanks to Caroline.
One thing, I have become scared to not train and I’ve had to give myself a talking to.
I love Caroline’s workouts.

I was so so tempted to join a gym (again...) when I stopped myself. I already had dumbbells, powerbands etc. I googled 'dumbbell work out on TH-cam' and came across the delightful Caroline! My new Covid body is thanks to you! I'm 58 and have struggled with my weight all of my life even though I've always worked out. The intense leg segments of the dumbbell workouts have been a game-changer for me. My metabolism has increased with the increased leg and glute muscles and my shoulders have changed shape from rounded to more square (purse straps no longer fall off my shoulder). I walk and ride my bike for cardio and do your workouts at least 3 or 4x/week. PS: I had a feeling that was an Irish accent.
I’m 68 years-old and have been following you for about a month. I struggle with push-ups so, the variations you suggested help. I’ve have both hips replaced and foot surgery and lunges are incredibly difficult. So, thank you so very much for sharing your insights in this video! Keep sharing, I love your workouts!

I am so glad that I discovered Caroline's workouts. I have been on strength training from different trainers on TH-cam since my shin splint injury last year during summer that kept me from running for a few weeks but since I discovered Caroline's online workouts this year, I definitely can see the changes throughout my body. Lost 11 Lbs and my body is getting stronger every day. I am combining her workouts with my weekly runs and love the fact that due to combining cardio with strength training, my running has also improved. I absolutely love Caroline and thanks to her I am feeling more epic every day!
