- I personally really enjoyed Wonka. Thought it was a fun movie, and Timothee Chalamet has serious range, going from this to Dune. CinemaSins messed up, as usual.
Disclaimer: I don't have much ill will towards CinemaSins, I just want to point out the many mistakes they've made in their videos.

The "no you wouldn't have" sin was the funniest part of the video!
Passing out free samples is absolutely normal practice for a new businessman selling food. Also making people float without an antidote is really dangerous.
I needed this after watching CinemaSins' awful Wish video. As for Sin 54, I think if Th3Birdman sins the CS video, he should officially make that cliche for every time Jeremy does that terrible English accent like he said he would in the EWW CinemaSins Free Guy video.
What was wrong with their Wish video?
@@matityaloran9157 Hmm... before I answer that, are you one of THOSE people who bash the movie like it's a spawn of Satan, or do you love it like me and Luke Dougherty?
@@Fictionboy16 Neither. I think it’s just average. It’s not the worst thing ever or anything like that but given the way it was advertised as a celebration of a century of Disney, I thought it would be a lot better than it was.
@@Fictionboy16 For what it’s worth, I’ll watch Luke Dougherty’s Everything Wrong With CinemaSins on Wish when he releases it
@@matityaloran9157 OK. Opinion handled. But in case you still want to know why I hated the video...
I was a bit surprised (but moreso upset) that there wasn't a single sin removal for any of the good songs (I know at least three of them were bangers), yet if Th3Birdman notices Jeremy's arguably long singing, he'd give 'em more than 15 sins, CS sinned the touching ending, and he sinned the length of the credits, as 1) the credits were cool, although 2) the real sin for the credits is that there was no character for Meet the Robinsons and The Rescuers.
If you didn't mind the video, fine, but I do prefer to watch videos of the CinemaSins sinners more than the original videos.
Another great video. And I also think the movie’s pretty great and I plan on making a video on it as well.
Looking forward to it
10:00, in the original movie Willy Wonka explicitly tells Charlie that the other kids will all be fine and go back to their normal terrible selves but maybe a bit wiser for the wear. So yes, they made it out alive.
18:47, he broke Travolta’s record of starring in two movies as successful as this within eight months of each other
2:18 "This movie hid ALL its best features!" Uh...yes. Yes it did. That's...good. Does Jeremy *WANT* Movie trailers to spoil the whole movie!?
10:00 Wait what? How is that a sin on Jeremy? Other comments pointed out that the original did confirm they were all alive, but like, even if you missed that...you just kind of agreed with Jeremy there...? I think you just pulled a Jeremy. "I agree with you, so that's a sin." And also, like, if Drugs were to help me and the weird guy who gave them to me possibly escape SLAVERY I would fucking take them. That's...not villainous at all.
It was supposed to be a joke, though it was ruined by the fact that I forgot that they actually are alive
6:03 Actually number 8, you have two number threes.
Ah shoot! I wish I noticed that. Nice catch
"They seem to always expect movies to adhere to real world rules, even though movies *_Aren't_* real"
And yet, Jeremy complains about the *_INAPPROPRIATE AND F***ING ILLEGAL SEXUALLY DOMINANT RELATIONSHIP - where he's dominant - HE CANNOT HAVE WITH A PRETTY ENOUGH LOOKING UNDERAGE ACTRESS!!!!!_*
This ought to be fun to see. I haven’t even seen the full original video yet since, from what I’ve seen of it so far, it sucks. What is it with Jeremy tackling movies I adore with crappy videos from Last Wish to this movie and the new TMNT movie as well as Guardians of the Galaxy 3? 😒🙄🤦
Enjoy!
@@captainvader921 Thanks. I’ve had times where I’ve tried watching a CinemaSins video and, after an amount of time, I’m like, “F*** this. I’m done.” and I tap out since CinemaSins and TVSins I’m convinced are made to be endurance tests and cringe compilations that were somehow mislabeled as “entertainment” and “not @ss.”
Could you give me a ranking of all the wonka movies
This might be controversial, but here it is.
1. Wonka
2. Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory
3. Charlie and the Chocolate Factory
I really enjoyed the prequel, and I thought the original was fun, but not something I loved. And I didn't care for the Tim Burton reboot
@@captainvader921 I still think that the movie wonka should of referenced Tim burtons version in some way
10:16 Technically it’s an arbitrary TV show reference
@Captain Vader, great video
Legal Eagle did an interesting video about Wonka.
1:24, and the same trailer that didn’t show singing also showed choreographed dance
11:10, also male giraffes don’t give milk
I literally thought about that while watching the video back! Should've led with that
I still prefer Tim burtons version on oppinion
