    Hi Paul! Love your videos and learn a lot about PD! If our clients have monthly recurring payments, when do we use WON button?

      I'd recommend setting up a new deal for each monthly payment so your revenue is recorded accurately. I've heard as well that Pipedrive is working on a proper feature for this though.

      Paul Minors thanks! I actually setup a zap to add my value numbers in Zapier every time payment is made. I also reached out to PD and they suggested to take my stat calculations outside of PD which is a bummer when you’re trying to see all your numbers in one place.

    Hi Paul, when we go to "how many deals were won?" by-product we can see graphic the most product sell. In my office, our Pipe Drive has 2 names the same product is an appeared but in different quantity(ex: NP 110 QTY 120 & NP 110 QTY 90). My question is how to edit to be NP2WAY QTY 120 & NP4WAY QTY 90? Thanks for your reply.

      Sorry, I don't quite understand, are you trying to rename the product? Or just change the quantity?

    I'm just wondering, if it is possible to track the conversions in combination with deal source... Like I want to see how many Deals I close when they came from Facebook Ads and how many when they come from email...?

      That isn't possible in the reports I show here. However, on the Professional plan, Pipedrive now offers custom reports which I believe lets you do this. Alternatively, you could export the data and do the analysis in Excel (this is what I do).
