I whipstitched my blocks. Had to give it as a holiday gift early. However I will use this ladder stitch in the future. Like the invisibility of it.

A tip for everyone who has trouble finding the exact corners: While turning the corners you can place a stitch marker. Since you need four markers per square, and they are dedicated to this for the rest of the year, you can either use locking stitch markers if you have enough of them OR use scrap yarn.
You‘re always allowed to make thing easier for yourself. =)

Wow, I am sat watching you whilst (whip) stitching a granny blanket together. If it was not a commission that I want to send off soon I would unpick the stitches and re-work it with a Ladder stitch - it is inspired! Thank you, definitely will use it next time. 😂

I have actually avoided making granny squares for the simple fact that I could not figure out which stich should go with which. Now, I feel like I might have a chance of doing it right! Will be searching your videos to see how to identify joining in a round and exactly where to put markers in a stitch. I know I sound stupid but I'm not. I'm simply a blonde.

    Gorgeous, Jayda! As always!
I was looking for a pattern I'm super sure that you're the one who made it because you're the only one I could follow at that time. It was a cowl, with a V stitch that made it look like little hearts on it. I couldn't find it unfortunately :( I made it a few years back and it's my favorite cowl and I wanted to make it again. Do you recognize which one I'm talking about? Would be very happy to find it again. :) 💜

*taut* There's no 'n' in the word. Sorry to be the Grammar Police, but that's one word that always makes me cringe when I hear it pronounced incorrectly. Taut and taunt have two totally different meanings. Please don't take offense. I welcome corrections about things I may be saying or doing incorrectly and I hope you are the same way. Love this joining technique. Happy crocheting!
