    I appreciate your channel. I work as a route driver for a vending company (for about 15 months now) - I'm soon becoming a service technician and in my time being a driver I frequented your channel numerous times because the repair aspect piqued my interest. I do a lot of basic repairs and this channel was one of my resources. Safe to say, people like you make life changes for others out there. Thank you, sir.
    Never knew I wasn't subscribed because I always had your channel name memorized, anyhow - you earned your sub today.

    Unfortunately, I saw you video too late and made the mistake of unplugging and replugging in the coin mechanism with the unit still with power. Now my selector buttons seem to be dead. I cant even get them to work in service mode. Any ideas of what exactly get fried on the controller board?

      Is the machine doing anything or is it just the selector buttons that are not working? The selector buttons plug into the control board...so maybe you accidentally pulled out that connector?

    Would you happen to know if this would fit a WITTERN CB700 or a USI 3151 ?

      Yes, the 7512 is a standard size MDB coin mech and should have no trouble fitting into those MDB machines.

    I have a "Mei CF 7000 / 8000" coin changer and a Nayax Onlyx. Do I have to do something if I want to fill the coin changer and a Nayax is connected? It might be that I have to fill it up from time to time. Not that the filling is then considered as a "purchase is disregarded in the telemetry" and I then have to deduct it from the tax. Do it need to make a setting before filling it up ... Thank you for your videos, they have helped me a lot so far :)!!
    Greatings from Germany ...

      You shouldn't need to do anything. Those coin changers have sensors in them so that they know exactly how much money they have and they communicate that to the vending machine. With older mechs, you would need to run tube fill mode when you fill the changer.

    Where do you get your MEI coins mech I have been trying to find someone who sells them new online all I can seem to find are refurbished ones

      Referbed coin mechs are fine if purchased from a reputable dealer. DSV should sell new ones. You can also purchase them direct through mei which is now crane.

    How do I fix this issue? Alert: Battery low

    • @HappyVending
      @HappyVending  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I believe there is a solder-in backup battery on the board of the 7512. If you are not comfortable soldering on a battery, you should probably send the coin mech out for service. They would also clean and calibrate it while changing the battery.
