A lot to love about the new bikes, heaps of great upgrades. Unfortunately the clutch is not one of them. Sherco has chosen to stay with the same Adler clutch and part numbers have not changed for the linings 😔 Time will tell if the Adler quality issues remain.
Correct. That '24' motor was supposed to be a whole bike new for 24 but Sherco ran behind and released the engine and swing arm from the 25. The 300SEF got all the love 👌 300SE got same ol same engine...
thanks for video Coddy! I am looking to upgrade my 22 smoker for 25 300f just dont know when. Hope that petcock is not too fragile as it looks. Sherco should have left it where it was, especialy on 4t is not realy needed.
Ive seen too many KTM side panels on the trail, but I do like the accessibility. Pet cock sticks out abit. Great way to impress the chicks. And the seat.. gonna miss the quickie. In all looks GREAT! Cant wait to see them on the trail.
Now it's time to upgrade this year. All the negatives finally sorted out. Awesome.
That’s way way better than before
Way to go Sherco
Stiff and not-so-durable clutch was the main issue with this wonderful (in my opinion) bike. Hope they solved it, if so it will be practically perfect

Same shit clutch
Cool new lines to the bodywork too!
I hear the body creaking when you get down everytime 😂😉
Ouch!!! You hear it, I feel it
I also heard the sherco SEF300 is now a monster with the engine updates from 2024

I always love your honest/no BS discussions.
There also looks to be a nice plastic bracket behind the headlight mask under the computer that holds all the wiring connectors, super tidy.
I’m just glad you can finally change the air filters 😂
with ease!!! and in a timely fashion
You still wont
@@codywebb2So good.
That old design was a dog of a thing (3 bikes for me from 17 onwards)
thanks for video Coddy!

That large volume filter looks way better than the beta and Ktm low volume filters.

OHhh yes the shock sh!t too. FRONT brake line guide? It's like they ready my mind
Thanks for the video Cody. Makes me want to upgrade my 2022 300 SE to a 2025! Don't have the $$$ for it, but still wanna.
Good break down key incident made me laugh haha
Was the clutch updated? My understanding is the stock plates didn’t last.
clutch is not strong like on KTM but i have 165hrs on my 22 250 with no wear on plates visible. Used Motul from new fresh every 15hrs.
Clutch was not changed.
Sherco missed a great chance to fix it here unfortunately.
The rest of the bike is awesome 👍
i don know when KYB make hand adjustment screw to forks is that so hard to do? :D
How often are you adjusting? 🙂
@@Danger_mouse that is enduro bike you adjust it when y ride fast or slow conditions
Nice
No more ktm influence
See the new swingarm
I'm not a fan of the look of the graphics/plastics. I still miss the white 2019/20 look.
2019/2020 were too much white for me. 2021-2023 were really nice. 2025 looks alright too, certainly much better than the ugly 2024 models lol.
I don’t get the obsession with grey plastics lately.. I own a 21 and a 22
Sherco finally copied ktm!.. should’ve been the title.. them things look sick tho
Same 💩 clutch
i have a 2022 se300. Still has Stock clutch and now over 300hrs.
Both my bikes I added the 3 ktm springs. Lightened up the pull.
Hmmm, now you got me thinking @CodyWebb2??? Very nice!
