I’d say 900p fsr 2 and capped at 40fps at 30 watts is the best experience for plugged into tv, and for handheld id go 720p fsr 2 capped at 50 at 25w-30w plugged in. I just wouldn’t play heavy games like this unplugged at any setting unless you don’t care about bad battery and stutters
@@OneLastScholar there are multiple ways to cap a framerate. In this case, the simpliest way it to just cap it in the game, since 40fps is in the option
Some people criticize the Nintendo Switch, calling its users fanboys and claiming that the Steam Deck or ROG are better options. While it's true that the Steam Deck and ROG devices offer good performance, some users report issues like FPS drops and high temperatures, especially during demanding games. It might be worth waiting for the Switch 2, which is expected to offer optimized performance and improved graphics.
@kysierkevin Yes, but it’s not about power, it’s about optimization. Above all, the main reason the Nintendo Switch remains top-tier is its continued focus on physical game releases. While players of other digital consoles are busy expanding their storage to accommodate large digital libraries, we build game collections with cartridges. These cartridges not only let us enjoy the nostalgia of owning physical copies but also provide the flexibility to trade them in or sell them, making it easier to recoup costs or fund new purchases.
I am actually quite dissapointed. I am able to play this on the original Steamdeck 720p, Low settings, FSR set to Balanced at stable 30 FPS -> at 10 W. On ROG, I am not able to get the stable performance even on 15 W.

The Ally can't cap at 40 FPS? Only 30, 45, 60, 90 and 120 IIRC.

Set to auto vram, complie shaders then set back to 6gb vram. Stutters will go !

How?
Armory crate or via bios @@mariano2402
Great video man, just curious is this the z1 or z1 extreme?

Geez, I must have some settings misaligned on my ally. Doesn't matter what settings I is when I try to dock it to my TV it just looks like mud.

amazing
This game stutters a lot on my legion go.
Would you recommend it?
Because no freesync. Ally has freesync.

Steam Deck outperforms Ally at 15w with all Deck Verified games. You must do 30w with the Ally to outperform the Deck.
