huh im on a 4070 240hz monitor and im getting 180- lower fps on steam

i use a gtx 1660ti laptop and it struggles to reach 60 fps, but other games that r slightly graphic intensive my laptop doesnt struggle asmuch, # unoptimized game

I don't understand why people's bullet instantly connect . Every time i shoot either in Warzone or BO6 , the bullets take ~0.5 sec just to reach the target before i get any input about the registration. 13900K , 32GB DDR5 and 4090 , high fps ~250 , internet 1GB/s connection with 110 download and 100 upload . Tried different DNS , tried playing at a friends house , nothing seems to be different... But watching this guy play at 09:52 , bruh , belive me if the bullets would register this fast , i would be like 80% wintrade vs randoms . It could also be a keyboard and mouse thing , or ping thing , or servers thing , or SBMM dinamic damage modification depending on your KD as seen over thousands of videos on the internet.. I miss old games when if you could run the game , it was amazing and constant (minus the host lag sometimes) . Currently in RO

720p 15w frame fsr, frame gen on seems best for this. Hopefully they optimize it better for pc. It struggles a lot.

imo this game is not properly optimized even village runs better than this and MetalFX is kinda buggy..

im actually confused af, i have the same exact cpu, 48 GB of ram. 3060ti. so now i am very lost on why im running like 30-40fps???

this doesnt look righ to me, surely this should scale better. if my 3080ti can play this at ultra native 4k with like 70fps. shouldnt a 2070 super be able to do low-medium settings with 4k balanced or quality at locked 60fps?

i have only tested the beginning few minutes of the game. but was pleasantly surprised to find a 3080ti could run ultra settings at native 4k with 60+fps. no DLSS required. even though it has some degree of forced raytracing slowing down fps. i still hate the look of TAA though, everything seems sharp, except when you try and focus on it you go cross eyed, and in movement everything turns to a blur. not much point in sharp graphics in a game if its only visible when standing absolutely still. most of the time in video games you are moving. i also noticed this big time in warhammer, ridiculously sharp at 4k (even with DLSS quality) but as soon as you start moving its a blur, all detail is gone. almost like it drops to like 480p. thats both TAA and DLSS at work there. anyway, back on point. i was pleasantly surprised by indiana jones's performance. i would like to see games not requiring raytracing GPU's though. persoanlly i turn raytracing off in every game i play. it should always be an option. (ideally same with TAA). it was also nice to finally see a game with the option to completely disable: motion smoothing, film grain, chromatic aberration and depth of field though. i hate those settings. artificially blurring my screen after i buy a powerful gpu to make it sharp. defeating the purpose.
