  • In the midst of three days of dedicatory ceremonies for the Rome Italy Temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, all members of the First Presidency and Quorum of the Twelve Apostles (15 in all) gathered Monday for a historic group photo. These four days in Rome are believed to be the first time in Church history that all 15 leaders have gathered in one location outside the United States - and the first group photo taken in two decades.

I feel fulfilled everyday in this church that i prayed and was led to in 2015. Today, i am witnessing and will try to be there, a temple in Rome. Everything in this church is spiritually near perfect. Especially in choosing leaders which is prayerfully guided by choices and agencies. Brothers and sisters we have so much work in our hands in spreading the gospel. Lets put our shoulders on the wheel and the holy ghost will do the rest. I pray our heavenly father to continue to guide us in carrying out his commandments and ordinances and be with the Lord on the last day in celestial kingdom. SHALOM!.

This is historic. I'm glad I converted to the Lord's church. I'll always tell of this day to my children. Some 2000 plus years ago, original apostle of Christ began this particularly journey. Today, the whole world has witnessed its fruition. No one indeed can stop this work. I'm glad to be alive now, because I have witnessed the prophets and apostles return to Rome to dedicate the Holy Temple of the Lord, their master and my master who commissioned this mission in His day of mortal probation.

I'M feeling the spirit INDEED ☝️🙏🏼✌❤☝️ March 24th 2019 is my one-year baptism date as they convert from non denomination churches and several other churches and I can definitely say and testify that this has changed my life tremendously miraculously spiritually even more so than I ever was before and as a convert I understand what I was brought up with which is similar to this faith and this Faith makes so much sense to me because I knew there had to be more to everything then what I saw from the other churches and what I felt from the other churches which I'm not knocking by any means I know that I am in the place that I need to be and I am in the right faith that I need to be in because I feel it also strongly very strongly very thankful even during the terminal illnesses and right now speaking into a microphone trying to catch my breath with pneumonia I just want to say that I'm so thankful that I finally asked questions and the holy spirit filled me with so much inside and Truth with discernment and I continue to grow and I am so thankful so thankful and blessed and I may be physically miserable that I am spiritually strong and I stay Spirit strong because I want to do having these father's will from me while I'm still on this Earth and I will do that and I pray peace that passes all understanding in the name of Jesus Amen

(Referring to pres. Nelson's words at the end of this video) Please consider this scriptural passage:
"Then the eleven disciples went to Galilee, to the mountain where Jesus had told them to go. When they saw him, they worshiped him; but some doubted. Then Jesus came to them and said, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age." (Mathew 28:16-20)

I Samuel 15:29 And also the Strength of Israel will not lie nor repent: for he is not a man, that he should repent.
Hosea 11:9 for I am God, and not man; the Holy One in the midst of thee:
Job 9:32 “In truth I know that this is so; But how can a man be in the right before God?
“For He is not a man as I am that I may answer Him, That we may go to court together.

    • @fayelewis5476
      @fayelewis5476 5 ปีที่แล้ว

@ce collie Jesus Christ is very much alive.
Jesus said your sins would not be forgiven if you did not believe He was God.
John 8:19 So they were saying to Him, “Where is Your Father?” Jesus answered, “You know neither Me nor My Father; if you knew Me, you would know My Father also.”
24 Therefore I said to you that you will die in your sins; for unless you believe that I am He, you will die in your sins.”
The Bible teaches that Jesus was not created but was rather the Creator. “In [Jesus Christ] all things were created: . . . all things have been created through him and for him” (Colossians 1:16). The doctrine of the eternality of Christ is one of the distinguishing marks of biblical Christianity.
While Jesus is held in high esteem by Muslims, Mormons, Jehovah’s Witnesses, and others of various theological beliefs, those groups teach that Jesus was a created being. It is orthodox Christianity’s affirmation of the full deity of Christ and His uncreated nature that makes Christianity unique from all other religions and philosophies. Various world religions may agree on some important issues such as the existence of a transcendent, objective morality and the value of a strong family life, but the answer to the question “who is Jesus Christ?” quickly separates those who adhere to biblical Christianity from those who do not.
When attempting to answer the question of “was Jesus created?” there is no better person to look to than Jesus Himself. During His public ministry, Jesus continually assumed for Himself divine prerogatives. He continually exercised rights that would never be appropriate for a created being. He said that He was “Lord of the Sabbath” (Mark 2:28), and, since the Sabbath was instituted by God, Jesus’ claim to be “Lord” of the Sabbath was an assertion of deity. Jesus spoke of His unique, intimate knowledge of the Father (Matthew 11:27) and of the glory He shared with the Father “before the world began” (John 17:5). Jesus accepted the worship of others (Matthew 14:32-33) and described a future time when He will sit in judgment over all nations (Matthew 25:31-44). Luke tells us that Jesus went so far as to personally forgive a woman’s sins-something only God can do-and attributed her forgiveness to her faith in Him (Luke 7:48-50)!
Jesus is 100% God and 100% man. As a man, Jesus ate, thirsted, slept, wept, prayed to God and died. As God, Jesus rebuked Satan, forgave sin, performed miracles, accepted worship from the people, raised the dead and even raised himself from the dead. John 2:19 It is called the hypostatic union.

Dear Kristi, there were 12 apostles plus the presidency of the church. It consisted of Jesus Christ alone. An ordinary person cannot preside alone. That's why the prophet today has two counselors to his side. There are always other changes, because God commands it. He is a living God, not a God who is away or asleep.
