To be honest, those bathrooms could be extended until the windows. The corner rooms already have plenty of view, it'd be nice to have it while taking a bath too. The bar on roof is looking amazing. Can't wait to see what you're gonna add to the last floor.
If the third floor is gonna one a suite then you'll need to wall off an area for a small walkway so that the rest of the guests can access the rooftop. Personally, I think 2 suites on the third floor would be good enough - each suite would have a living room area and a bedroom with an ensuite toilet. that'll be pretty luxurious already. Overall, I LOVE THIS BUILD!🤩🤩🤩
One big suite sounds good but you need to have roof access for the other guests. Also take into consideration that it looks like ppl can look into the skylight there will be no privacy in the top suite. Great build so far. ❤
I agree. This is a good example of why bigger isn’t always better. Went from a smaller building with interesting angles and shapes, to a bigger building which is very much just a big rectangle. Full credit for pulling it off, but it has lost its charm.
having the hotel next to the ghostbusters feels appropriate given that the ghostbusters' first job was at a hotel. on an unrelated point, your build has inspired me to start getting the parts together for my own alternate hotel build - although I'll be keeping the angles.
looks great but i would make the round top ends of the towers taller. Not crazy taller, just a bit taller because as it is now they are dwarfed even by the umbrella :P
Wow! I think this might be one of your best builds yet! The roof top patio is a fantastic addition and adds so much life to that area of the city. While I think it would be challenging to build a fully functional floor plan for 2 suites on the third floor, I gotta say, I’d like to see what you’d create. Doors and hallways are always such a headache 😂
Amazing! The third floor could have a ballroom! Also, wondering: Instead of the narrow hall at 2:00 why not simply make the bathroom a little larger and have that window be for the bathroom?
My only suggestion would be to make the bathrooms on the second floor, bigger. And give them those windows they lack. The little hallways seem silly to me.
Looking good - but I do miss the columns of the corner tower(s) on the roof. Even with the new curved window design on your 3rd floor I think the extra height of the one level of corner towers would look good.
Great job Jordan. The hotel looks sweet, I’m getting Château Frontenac vibes from it. I think 2 rooms on the top floor would still be plenty big and make more financial sense for the hotel owners.
Turned in to a stellar piece, stoked to see the finished third floor as well. This hotel build makes me excited to see when you get a chance to finish the mansion as well! 🎉
The hotel looks awesome! You should add a mini fridge and a closet for hanging clothes in each room. There should be two suites on the 3rd floor. This is what a full sized hotel should look like. The entrance to the roof and the toof in general looks great The skylight above someones room 😕
Hey bricksie if it hasn't been mentioned but I'd move the tight corner lamp to next to bathroom door and there's space in the nook for like book shelf or hanging costs or space for luggage. Hope you know your crushing it. Also the roof top was nice addition adding green space to city
That modular turned moc makes me want to get 2 more boutique hotel sets and the extra parts needed to do this so bad. I love the build, and the placement is wonderful.
Love your hotel Bricksie!!! Especially the little chocolate on the pillow. Have you considered maybe some small colourful floor rugs in the rooms? Maybe to add a pop of colour? When i see your 1st floor, I imagine a cleaner's trolly outside a room and a horrified cleaner exiting one of those bathrooms with their hands in the air after seeing the toilet!!😂Those corners where the lamps are seem a perfect hiding place for a hotel ghost😉😅!!! Love watching your builds..very inspiring! Greetings to you all from Aus 🇦🇺
You should have made the third floor into two themed rooms from bricksie land. Like Disney you can get castle, animal, ride specific themed rooms. You could have loop room and haunted house room to stay at using a rooftop observation platform to watch into Bricksie land
I still love the way you did the bar😊 and what you did with rooms, especially that they got to have bathroom. I would have build balconies for top floor. Thought the tiles on the should be a dance floor 🎉it turned out beautifully
i was thinking the same. But when it's placed into the city, it kinda looks fine even though scale-wise, they are pretty low and a minifig could fall over.
Wow! Looks awesome! Love the roof. That covered area for the staircase looks perfect for a fancy, high end hotel. The bar looks great, too. It would be cool if you made the whole third floor into a penthouse suite! I think the two unflushed toilets are a bit out of place cuz everything down to what looked like a box of chocolates on the bed makes it seem like the maid service had just been in, so everything should have been spotless--just a thought.
This building now looks spectacular. One small observation. roof ralling are to low. Minifigures could easily stumble and fall down to the street.😱 This would not pass city inspection. 😆Maybe raise the railing and also two towers left and right.
I agree with the previous comment, it would look better if the bathrooms went to the window, light and ventilation! For the small bedroom, why not just a shower and used the saved space for a wardrobe/chest of drawers. Need somewhere to put their clothes. Looks brilliant though.
Really like the cover for the stairs going to the roof. Is that your design? I would do 2 rooms on the floor you have left. Makes more sense for a hotel to have more rooms I think
to get rid of that wierd little hallway and lamp in the 2 bedrooms switch the bathroom and bed area bath at the front bed at the back eill also give the bath a few windos and the 3rd floor needs 2 suiets still plenty big and room for more guests
Woe, it must have been expensive buying three models! Excellent result, though, you've really nailed it. Would it have worked out cheaper to buy the bricks individually from Bricklink? Great vid, Bruv.
Those corner windows in the towers really did ruin it for me. They look completely out of space. And you should also extend the bathroom to the outer wall and give them a window.
To be honest, those bathrooms could be extended until the windows. The corner rooms already have plenty of view, it'd be nice to have it while taking a bath too. The bar on roof is looking amazing. Can't wait to see what you're gonna add to the last floor.
I was thinking the same thing!!
I was just about to write this too!
yeah, the bathrooms can indeed use up those narrow hallways, the lamps can go somewhere else in the room or they can go into the halls
You could put your hotel on rebrickable
Agreed.
Yeah
Yess

Looks good, just wish you had kept the angle from the original set which is what I felt made the hotel really pop.
I agree. This is a good example of why bigger isn’t always better. Went from a smaller building with interesting angles and shapes, to a bigger building which is very much just a big rectangle. Full credit for pulling it off, but it has lost its charm.
My goal was to add floor space for rooms - the angles take away from that. I encourage people to build what their heart desires like I did.
I agree. Just sharing a thought.
Thought it would need the extra floor but when put in the city it fits so well. Great job!
Would be awesome to see a lil RC car with a cam go through the whole city

Bathroom should utilize that window instead of the hallway for a light, and that roof top is awesome!

Adding the chocolates on the bed are such an awesome touch!
The roof corners should go up on pillars so you could stand underneath them on the roof

Wow that roof scene looks phenomenal!
Great job Jordan. The hotel looks sweet, I’m getting Château Frontenac vibes from it. I think 2 rooms on the top floor would still be plenty big and make more financial sense for the hotel owners.
The boutique is looking killer! Great work Jordan!
Turned in to a stellar piece, stoked to see the finished third floor as well.

Wow! I love it! Nice job Bricksie!
Yaaaaaas looks amazing in its final resting place in the city!
Love your hotel Bricksie!!! Especially the little chocolate on the pillow. Have you considered maybe some small colourful floor rugs in the rooms? Maybe to add a pop of colour? Coming from someone who owns the hotel set, man you NAILED IT ✅👌
Looks awesome!! That roof stairway should have a door though, otherwise it's going to let the wind and rain in!!!
I think the brown rounded windows on the 3rd floor need some white frame going around them if you have any extra candle stick pieces.
A beautiful hotel, and a great design.
I LAUGHED for quite awhile with the ahhhh bathroom details! CLASSIC... great job... humor and LEGO always a great combination!
This looks so cool! I always thought the existing Boutique Hotel was cool, but thought it would look really cool with a pool or hot tub! Nice job!!👏
Wow it looks awesome. I love the boutique hotel and it probably suits a smaller city. Your upgrade is super .
You should have made the third floor into two themed rooms from bricksie land. Like Disney you can get castle, animal, ride specific themed rooms. You could have loop room and haunted house room to stay at using a rooftop observation platform to watch into Bricksie land
Really awesome looking hotel, now make a moc on Rebrickable for it :)
The hotel looks amazing! Have you considered turning the 3rd floor into a ballroom instead of a suite(s)?
Can you please do a atte speed build
Yeah you should do a speed build
I love this design! Been debating where to put the hotel in my city, been leaning towards making it a beachfront display!
I still love the way you did the bar😊 and what you did with rooms, especially that they got to have bathroom. I would have build balconies for top floor. Thought the tiles on the should be a dance floor 🎉it turned out beautifully
I think the 3rd floor would be cool as a ballroom / event space. Mosaic floor, etc, maybe some mini figs at a formal event.
This looks so good and I’m so excited to see the 3rd floor details. Great job
Looks fantastic, Jordan! Someone in my local LUG brought a 5x one. 😳
I got it you could build a mini spa and gym on the third floor. If more suites were not interesting enough for your new hotel sir.
Looks amazing
Hotel looks sweet!
Fantastic job Jordan. Looks great 😃
You should extend the bathrooms in the larger rooms so they have the window
Don't you think the railing should be a little higher?
i was thinking the same. But when it's placed into the city, it kinda looks fine even though scale-wise, they are pretty low and a minifig could fall over.
It's really looking awesome🤩, 2 suites would be great🤔😊
Holy cow Jordan! That is amazing bro. Nice work.
Best part of my morning!
Wow! Looks awesome! Love the roof. That covered area for the staircase looks perfect for a fancy, high end hotel. The bar looks great, too. There has to be a corridor on the third floor to give all guests roof access and to give the penthouse guest privacy. Those toilet bowl studs 😂😂😂😂
Looks awesome, but I think it needs another floor with a ballroom
This looks SO good!
The hotel is beautiful 😊😊😊😊😊
You should make a working motorised lift
This building now looks spectacular.
One small observation. roof ralling are to low. Minifigures could easily stumble and fall down to the street.😱

I don’t even care if you have to use. Different pieces is still turned out excellent
MAGNIFICENT !!!!
looks wonderful
You did a really nice job and someone not flushing was the first thing I thought off seeing that first toilet.....LOL
You should do this for all the Lego buildings
awesome video jordan the hotel looks amazing great job and today is my birthday
Dude or the brown!
Have seen all the videos of your remake of this. I didn’t really imagine that it would be good, but is completely amazing 🤩
On the first and second floor you should add a olive/green stripe because it’s odd to have flesh tones and then green
Another good build for the city could be a pool
Really like the cover for the stairs going to the roof. Is that your design?
I would do 2 rooms on the floor you have left. Makes more sense for a hotel to have more rooms I think
Great job buddy!! Looks super sweet 👌😎
This looks amazing Jordan 😊
Looks really good
Recommend two suites and a door to lounge on the roof..
to get rid of that wierd little hallway and lamp in the 2 bedrooms switch the bathroom and bed area bath at the front bed at the back eill also give the bath a few windos and the 3rd floor needs 2 suiets still plenty big and room for more guests
This is excellent!

Yes, it probably would have been cheaper
I personally feel 3 floors is perfect. I love the roof top. And it fits the city very well.
Gonna need those guests to flush their toilets 😂
AWESOME!
Lego used a muffin brick (I think) in the toilet of the portaloo in the train station set 60335. Might be a better fit for that one toilet.
What about a little kitchen in the rooms ??
Just wow!!!!
make the top the kitchen a bathroom in the dining room
Were is your lego Burrow
You must dream about Lego often! I know I do.
Do a giant suite!
Don't forget to add a cleaning closet or else how will the maids or cleaners get the hotel spic and span
Looks awesome, but the palm trees on the roof look a bit goofy, I would get rid off those.
very impressive
is the window behind the couch in the lobby only meant to have one piece of glass in it? The second one does not have it?
How about making bathrooms with windows?
Those corner windows in the towers really did ruin it for me. They look completely out of space. And you should also extend the bathroom to the outer wall and give them a window.
You know what you should do Add another floor on the Bowling alley and diner
Hi Jordan!
Oh swimming pool on top of hotel plz lol
If it's yellow, let it mellow. If it's brown, flush it down!
amazing stuff man.
what do you do with all of the instruction manuals from all those lego sets?
3rd floor ballroom/ dance hall?
I think you should do one massive suit and put a celebrity minifigure inside
