Great bike! Help me to understand the max weight capacity on the spec sheet: 176 lbs for the X160 and 220 lbs for the X260? That is a little wimpy!!! Great vid.

Whats the legality of riding on the road or bike path with these? Iv done hw and saw 750w is the max you can have and other parameters, but what has been your experience with law enforcement? I dont imagine they have a way of testing the bike to make sure its within guidelines, but Im curious to know because my local PD is somewhat up tight. Will they stop you even if your traveling at a reasonable speed?
I have an eBIKE even more powerful and I’ve had no issues. Just ride in the bike lane under about 25 mph
Which do you like better CAB Eagle or Segway 260?

@@TheFrickinShredder I live in downtown LA so something more street worthy. I just heard you say the x260 was good for people about up to 5'8, just don't want to get the x260 and being to tall for it.
X160 is to 5’8”. 260 would work for you. Sur Ron is better. Check out Luna cycles for the Sur Ron.

How’s the motor difference, would upgrades get it the x160 to the x260
Torque is similar. 260 mainly gets you 14MPH higher
Yeah and with that 14mph boost, you'll get the same battery range. It's better to just get the x160 and upgrade the battery to a 70v 30ah for that range boost. Guaranteed 35 miles on sport.
@@kendrickmelendez8185 if I get the 160 and upgrade the controller to asi bac 8000 and 72v battery will there be a huge jump in performance and range?
@@SharkTheatre you'll see a huge margin of increase. You'll probably want to upgrade the breaks for the speed boost you'll get to some maguras. The fork also won't be able to handle the braking power, even in stock, it still kinda under performs.

Both will fit. Both have same torque. Only diff is top speed.

It’s still fun. Same toque just lower top speed, smaller battery and shorter. Still a good bike though!

Okay it's a hopped-up electric bicycle. Your presentation was good except for you try to oversell the thing. You lost me when you start going down the path and started saying the word you were saying. They may be knockoff with so many things are really cheap. And their weight ratings I guess aren't bad for an electric bicycle 🚳. But otherwise the weights are kind of wimpy. Now it's probably a lower carbon footprint than a gasoline powered motorcycle. But an electric car is definitely got bigger footprint because by time he hits the dealer showroom floor brand new never driven it has a bigger carbon footprint than a gasoline car will have for its entire useful life. Studies show this. So are there any studies on these electric bicycles?
