I discovered these guys while I was in the military serving in the Republic of Korea. After I heard this tune, I became a hard core fan. And you have a great face!
CSN was a "supergroup" made up of David Crosby of the Byrds, Stephen Stills of Buffalo Springfield and Graham Nash of the Hollies. All of these groups made great music in the '60s and deserve your attention. After this album, CSN added the great Neil Young to the lineup and made "Deja Vu," which is imo their best album. Neil is a towering figure in rock music and worth a deep dive.

Heard this song in 1977, during my freshman year in college. I was assigned by my newspaper to photograph Antonia Brico, a German-born composer who had been Judy Collins’ high school piano teacher. Although Judy later took up the guitar, she did a documentary on her piano teacher, which generated a late life career resurgence for Antonia’s career. I finally was able to watch Judy herself perform live 40 years later when she ventured to my little Hawaiian island. I think this was generally consider "folk rock", because it blended rock and roll sensibility with the folk music sound. CSN were masters of this genre. If you want to hear unreal 3 part harmony, try their song Guinevere.

Heard this song in 1977, during my freshman year in college. I was assigned by my newspaper to photograph Antonia Brico, a German-born composer who had been Judy Collins’ high school piano teacher. Although Judy later took up the guitar, she did a documentary on her piano teacher, which generated a late life career resurgence for Antonia’s career. I finally was able to watch Judy herself perform live 40 years later when she ventured to my little Hawaiian island. She drops by from time to time to visit Stephen Stills, her former boyfriend who who wrote this about her.
