Completed her primary and secondary education in SG. So she knows basically everything about Singapore; neighbourhoods, cultures, foods, education system, ways of life. She 'is' basically Singaporean in all aspects except not having the SG passport. A more suitable person would be someone having stayed in Singapore less than a year, so they will be forced to make stories up, memorise stuff and be prepared for any questions that they may not have anticipated.
