That's awesome that they're finally letting people demo without the noise. As a customer I do like that IK Multimedia is evolving, improving, and patching their software and continuously working creating new products. They've made a lot of good Quality of Life updates over my time with them. So it seems they have a future worth investing in for the time being. Excellent demo! These amp captures do sound great!

Hi thanks for the great Demo love your honest opinion, i have tested the tones and they sound great😊 i am so tempted to buy, but I would just feel much better if these were officially approved by the amp manufacturers. So ethics wise What is your thought on that. I believe that this is the future that amp manufacturers jump on board and also get a piece of the cake😊 like ik multimedia did with the mesa boogie reference series for tonex cheers
I totally agree with you! I think it makes sense, in an artist related collection, to not have the brands directly represente because the amps are moded and such. And since in the description they quote the signal chain and all, I give them a pass 🤣🤣 but I agree with you, credit deserves to live where credit is due! Thanks for your nice comment my friend! Do you also see it that because these are also modded to Joe satrianis specs and then the whole signal chain in the capturing process I.e. api desk, eq, chosen cabs, speakers and microphones that in this way it is more a certain sound which one cannot buy as such stock when buying a real amp? I was the Soldano 30 joe uses is that a modded soldano? Thanks again. Love your channel😊best, Henrik

And I think I couldn’t use it in amplitube because I was running the free trial. Usually they only show once you own the collection. I think, that’s what happened to me before I got tonex, as soon as I got the license in, I was able to pull them up on amplitube, in my opinion 🤣 the right way to use tonex models is inside amplitube, the tonex app is too limited, I guess that should be how we capture and then straight into AT! 🤣 anyway, I hope you have a wonderful weekend my friend!

I have to be honest, they really don’t sound good. Maybe they could be auxiliary sounds to help fill-in the EQ spectrum on a recording, but most of these wouldn’t really be usable on a gig and such. Just go with amalgam and be done with it.
