This was the one bro. Thanks.
Great video! Keep up the good work!
Thanks, will do!
Great video my dude 👌 your description of hooking back up from the slide was really nice and I kinda like lost some one hand skills cuz I jus got fresh magnums but once the skin is gone I'll be able to full send again!
thanks for watching bro! Keep practicing with those mags and the one hand skillz should come naturally :)
much love from Croatia
Hey! solid explanation of this.
I am wondering if you would do a video on pre-drifting in-lane. This is something I have worked on, and it has been a daunting skill. How to practice low angle slide? How fast for entry speed? Can a low angle be held for a long distance? I get scared from thinking Ill just blast into the side of the road if I were to try to hold a low angle in lane vs. breaking when safe and drifting outside to inside... Thoughts?
Thanks man, your videos are great .. As soon as the winter is over, I'll go for it 🤙
Let me know how it goes
@@downhill254skate I'm sure I'll be after knee surgery now .. But it worked out for me for winter .. So in summer I should be fine .
Dope tutorial bro! Just got some gloves and will have to practise the carves first before breaking traction. I am a surfskater and do a lot of downhill carving. Being able to do longer drifts will open up a whole new world.
Make sure you start with the basics! The Pendys first!
@@downhill254skate Most surfskates cannot ride fakie. So I need make sure I won't slide fakie either. Will start with the pendys first because you said so. Thanks for your recommendation!
Nice video! It would be great if you could mirror the video in editing for us goofy riders when you demonstrate the positions!
Good idea. It's a bit late with most of the video tutorials, but I can maybe do something for the writeups and the following video turotials too
Hey man. My front foot heel is not trying to lock on the board it keeps imitating the backfoot when i try to slide toeside. Any tips on how to work on this?
So after you kick your right leg out to slide, how do you correct it without kicking your right leg too far?
How fast should I be going when trying this?
I find it scary to do my slides the faster I go. Maybe 30+
Work your way up with speed. Make sure you have a good setup, and practice holding your slides to a stop. All those things will sort you out
