I have seen few years ago a lady from Kolkata made this egg pakora recipe. It's a very delicious recipe. My mum also used to make it 20 years ago, but not pakora. After cutting the steamed egg pieces(chunky), she used to add in spicy gravy like meat. You can serve it with Plain rice/Polau/Bhuna khichuri/Paratha/Chapati etc. She was an amazing chef(to me). I miss her.
