Sir why you never speak on why most populated State of India that is Uttar Pradesh has just one Bench of High Court and that too so near to Allahabad where High Court itself is located and why litigants of 30 districts of West UP which owes for majority of pending cases of UP has not even a single HC Bench and earlier people of undivided UP had to travel thousands of kilometres all the way till not even Lucknow known famously as Nawab City but right uptill Allahabad to seek justice which in itself is the biggest betrayal of Constitution and justice and LAWLESS BIHAR HAS NOT EVEN A SINGLE HC BENCH? Peaceful States like Karnataka Maharashtra Madhya Pradesh among others have multiple HC Benches! Why? Regards, Sanjeev Sirohi, Advocate

Datar Sir, your insightful conversations are truly enlightening. Kindly consider uploading more videos in the near future. The reason for such a request is that your talks go beyond mere legal realm, offering valuable insights into how a lawyer should operate to attain success. Of course, books are one way to understand, but in today's e- world such videos are highly appreciated, thanks sir.

whatever we study, learn, and present or beg before the Hon'ble courts, it's not easy to get the results/appreciation from present judges, judges are not ready to accept young advocates specifically in lower courts.
