    Most Magistrates give wrong orders & it's overturned in Appeal. Then why not punish such errant judges? Poor litigant suffers. Will judiciary be held accountable for wrong jdgmts?
    Personally I feel this entire Sr. Designation system should be abolished. It's like a legalised Apartheid! Some seniors gown lawyers of Bombay high court don't know ABC of law. My personal opinion.
